I had previously had an accident repair here and found the service and staff to be excellent so when I was bumped in a car park last week I went back to get a quote for the damage. I was happy with the price quoted and was able to book in for a couple of days later. Really happy with the repair, car looks as good as new. Thank you to Karl and all the staff I would definitely recommend this workshop.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, I couldn’t be more grateful to this amazing team after my car accident. From the moment I got in touch after a recommendation from a friend, they were professional, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted with as little stress as possible. Communication was clear throughout, and they kept me updated every step of the way.
The quality of the repair is incredible, my car looks as good as new, you’d never know anything had happened. The attention to detail and pride they take in their work really shows.
A huge thank you to the whole team for being so friendly, efficient, and reliable during what could have been a really stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to all the brilliant staff at Wilson & Co. in Grimsby. Carl, Ben, Holly & all the super skilled team in the body shop, these people are top draw, brilliant.
My 2023 Ford Connect MS-RT was in a right mess after being T-boned, side was properly hammered. The work done is absolutely unbelievable, outstanding & the team went above & beyond my expectations. All contact was professional & friendly. The van looks better than when I first picked it up from brand new. Magicians. The van was modified as standard, so repairing it won't have been straight forward. Hands down amazing repair, it came back clean as a whistle, immaculate. I will recommend this company all day long. Legends, thank you so much

Fix auto are a nightmare to get in touch with, took 3 weeks to get my car collected for repair and the same amount of time to sort me a hire car, in the end they sent me to a 3rd party to repair my car who was brilliant. Not the best and would not recommend. Sorry.

Had my vehicle in for some body repairs recently. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently to ensure that my experience was a good one. Very courteous and helpful staff.
