Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, very easy to keep in touch with and get updated about the progress of my repair. They arranged a taxi home after I left the car with them and another one to fetch me when the car was repaired. Repair took 7 days excluding the weekend which I thought was a little bit long considering the damage but the quality looks good so not overly concerned about waiting over a week.

Communication was excellent throughout, from the gent who booked me in to the guys in the workshop. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and professional, and they took the time to explain everything that needed doing in detail.
I had the accident on Sunday, dropped the car off on Tuesday morning, and was driving it home by Thursday afternoon! I couldn’t have asked for a quicker or smoother service.
Really impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great communication, very organised and helpful staff , the repair itself was done to a high standard and in a quick time frame.
Only negative was my car was not washed and cleaned which I would have expected to inspect the repair correctly.

My car was damaged in a car park and FixAuto were the recommended body repair specialists. They were brilliant from start to finish. Blake was my contact for booking in & he arranged taxis for me for pick up & drop off. The repair itself is excellent - it was done in 2 days and everything was arranged to suit my schedule.
I would highly recommend this company.
