Good service - I was kept up to date by regular text messages and my car delivered back to me at work when it was ready

From first contact to pickin the car up all fixed I couldn't fault fix auto 👌🏻

Excellent service,hire car delivered promptly my own car returned within days with a good valeting.

Kept us very well informed of progress. but unfortunately when they sprayed the rear bumper they didn't fade it in to the old paintwork so left a different coloured edge which isn't that noticeable except to an anorak like me. Serves me right for watching detailing videos during lockdown. Driver was nice and car was valeted on return and made an effort to return promptly

I would recommend this garage the job was done to a good high standard and on time. Very helpfull staff.

Excellent work on car (2 doors replaced after accident), quick service and hire care loaned to us was new and clean. my car was even cleaned in and out when returned as well, all staff courteous and very professional. Would highly recommend

Spot on service. Driver clipped my wing mirror, sent photos of damaged mirror and good opposite mirror. Ordered part, drove in and part was fitted within 20 mins. Really pleasant staff that i dealt with. Deffo recommend fix auto. 👌👌

Simply superb service from start to finish and delighted with the results of the body repair. I have give a special mention to Alison and Charlie who were cheery and ultra professional. During a recent repair I had the pleasure of dealing with Fix Auto who I cannot thank enough, upon taking our car to the very moment it was handed back and beyond the support has been amazing honestly.
Alison really does get things sorted straight away, so that the whole process is simple.
I really had the feeling through out that our car was in the safest of hands and the quality of the repairs carried out were fantastic, you would not even know that a repair had taken place.
It’s been especially hard due to all the covid delays, but fix auto did everything in their power to ensure they achieved the repair in the timescales given which is remarkable considering the difficulties in obtaining parts due to the issues with as I say the covid pandemic.
We never wondered how the car was getting on or how long it may be because the level of communication they provide is excellent. We were constantly kept updated by Alison.

I’d like to say a special thank you to Alison for the very caring, professional yet personalised manner in which she helped us through the process she is a real Asset to fix auto and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Don’t spend hours searching for a reputable company to carry out your repairs go here and I can assure you that you really won’t be disappointed.

I was really impressed with the service. As soon as I sent the pictures of the damage that had been done to my car someone rang me pretty much straight away and booked my car in to get fixed. Once the car was picked up I was updated throughout it being repaired and then the car brought back to me by Charlie who was a very nice man. The only issue is it took quite a long time to get fixed but I understand it has been a busy/difficult time with everything that has been going on. Thank you to all involved

Informed me regularly but felt they been bit slow 4 weeks exactly otherwise they not bad.

Dropped my car in for repair on the day and received a courtesy car which was waiting,wasn’t kept waiting, got on my way.I was kept up to date with messages telling my what part of repair my car was at.When the car was ready I was informed the day before.The car was there waiting and once again straight in and out.very pleased with the service.Very nice and helpful staff.Thank you.
