Customer service over the phone was always very friendly and helpful.
Michelle who collected and returned my car was so lovely! The whole process was really simple and they managed to repair my car incredibly quickly to accommodate my circumstances which I was very grateful for.

Great service even when I had to change the date of the last minute they were more than accommodating. Work carried out was fantastic and speed of repair excellent.

Honest professional excellence
Professional excellence. Simon and Priya was so reassuring, they clearly, patiently and honestly explained the whole accident damage procedure which was followed up by great communitive support throughout. Car was picked up and delivered back by Michelle and Nabeel who were both extremely polite and answered all questions sufficiently. The car body repair is absolutely amazing, so relieved, it looks fantastic. They are all so professional. So glad I went to Auto Technics.

Easy, quick, straightforward
My car was recently hit by someone who drove off which was obviously an unpleasant experience. The insurance company arranged for the repairs to be carried out by Fix Auto.
From start to finish, the whole process was handled in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner. Communication was clear and prompt throughout. During the repair period they also provided a courtesy car which was very helpful. The repair work itself was carried out to a very high standard, and they even entirely cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me. Overall, the experience was smooth, pleasant and very satisfying. I would certainly recommend Fix Auto.
