I would have given 5 stars however after receiving my car back I noticed about a month in that the covers for the wheel nuts were missing. Not all of them but, as far as I can remember around 3 from different wheels. I called them and was told to take pics and email it. I did so over a month ago but no response.

The work on the car was immaculate and customer service was excellent but to spoil it all with a minor situation as explained is bizarre. The car is an expensive car and when it's returned for a 'no fault' accident I expect to have the covers put back on and if misplaced or forgotten to then liaise with customer and have a minor issue resolved.

Important Update. I have changed the rating from 3 to 5 for following reasons. I got a phone call from Fix Auto reception. The email I sent was quarantined for some IT issue therefore Fix Auto did not actually receive the email. They did, however find it after they read my initial review. Due to this situation inadvertently Auto Fix can resolve the issue of not receiving certain emails to their main inboxes.

Now to the issue of the locking nut caps. The helpful lady I spoke to, Priya I believe it was as I've had previous interactions with her. She reassured me that the car was missing 2 locking wheel nuts when they received the car. They always take pics of incoming vehicles. I decided to double check the photographs of the day of the accident, on the scene, and the locking nut cases were missing. Most likely fell off due to impact.

I sincerely apologise for not double checking the photos before writing initial review. Fix Auto have gone above and beyond again and have ordered me new cases for the wheel nuts.

I have dealt with many mechanic, body work shops including various main dealers such as Vindis and Johnsons and never have I ever felt so cherished as a customer.

All I can say is keep it up and to receive top notch customer service and or support these days is rare. Again I apologise for the misunderstanding on my behalf and thank Fix Auto for ordering me something which they were not obliged to in any way shape or form.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They collected my car and bought it back to me as the ocation was far from my house. The lady in customers services was so kind and helpful and kept me up dated every step of the way. The repairs which were done are out of this world and cant believe how fantastic the car looks. So happy and recommend this company highly.

The communication from the start of the process was friendly, considerate and helpful. As I needed the car done before leaving for South Africa for a funeral, Priya had made this possible despite the company’s busy schedules. Thank you Priya! The car was delivered in immaculate condition.

Nina was amazing - she listened to my concerns and it felt like she had gone the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for all of us. Flexibility from my side and Nina, Simon who worked on the car was very much appreciated. Although it took a bit of time to do the repair due to staff shortages, the two bodywork repairs that were doing were superb and my car was returned to me in an A1 condition - it looked like they had cleaned the inside of my vehicle.

I got looked after with a gold standard level of care. Which, I am not used to when getting you car fixed through the insurance company. Auto Technics were brilliant. Very friendly, incredible helpful and kept me UpToDate at every step of the way. These folks take what they do seriously and it really shows. The staff are very nice people.

I had very good experience with Fix Auto in Maidenhead. From Priya, receptionist to Michelle who delivered my car once fixed were excellent. Michelle was very professional and very friendly. Repairs were done through the other drivers insurance company after they caused minor damage to my car. Fix Auto collected my vehicle and dropped it back, all better again. No complaints with their work or customer service.

Great friendly and professional service right from the initial contact via my insurance company. Took my car in on the Friday and quoted me 10-14 days for the repairs. I drove away confidently in the courtesy car feeling it was in good hands.

Contacted on the following Wednesday afternoon telling me that my car was ready, and went over the following day to collect!
