Seamless process
I approached fix auto who I remember as it’s forerunner Adamson’s who I have used in the past. A trusted brand they didn’t disappoint. The work is first class with genuine parts. Communications were excellent and everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. They did everything including quotation, liaison with the insurance company and they kept me informed as the work was being done. They even offered to sort out my courtesy car. Car was cleaned and valeted on collection and finished ahead of time. I was reassured by the lifetime guarantee and the open display of technician qualifications. No problem finding a parking space at drop off and collection. These small things are important. Just want to do a couple of personal mentions for outstanding service. Ed and Lynne were superb but everybody played a part. A car accident is traumatic from start to finish but Autofix took the strain . Highly recommended and i’d endorse them anytime.

Managing director give the most unprofessional customer service
Bodywork is done perfectly, however I got a text/email saying the work will be completed on the 23rd september but when I rang the bodyshop they said they will check to find coincidentally the paint booth was being faulty, but it took for me to ring them to find this out as I was under the impression I was gettibg the car back on the 23rd, next issue euro parking issued me 2x parking fines unfairly as there pictures was taken so far away you cannot see the ticket and I had proof I paid for them via online banking. The bodyshop already paid the fine, making my appeal impossible, after explaining this to the managing director he asked for the proof I bought the tickets, of which he unfairly then asked me to send proof of the actual printed tickets, of which I explained most people tend to bins these shorlty after they expire. His response was "most people keep the printed tickets" which is simply not true. During this intereaction he was laughing at my responses and was never willing to reason with this unfair scenario he put me in. This was the most unprofessional customer service due to his attitude thoughout and laughing at me during the conversations as well as threatining to charge me more for using the courtesy car further. The courtesy car was also a 1L pertrol/automatic compared to my manual diesel, of which the courtesy car was costing me £25 per week. This meant I could not use any Ac/electronics due to the mgp. Finallly my passenger door card was not fitted incorrectly. Meaning the sound on the inside of my door does sound right(audio wise), of which I will now have to take this to a garage to be fitted correctly, as I simply do not want to deal/speak to managing director

The customer service was amazing. The best that I have experienced since relocating to the UK. They contacted me to arrange a time to drop off the courtesy car and collect my car. The driver was welcoming and professional. Although my repairs took longer than expected, they kept me informed every step of the way. The same driver delivered my car back, and collected the courtesy car. My car looked brand new again. 😍 Would have never known it was involved in a collision. They made a bad situation an enjoyable experience. It was seamless, and I was not inconvienced in any way. They did all the work. I highly recommend.

Loose joint on window. Rest of the job OK.
The job was done timely and looking good from outside. Unfortunatelly the joint from the door and the window wasn't properly done, and the rain water get in between the glass and the loose joint.
