BMW X5 contact with a granite wall
Obviously I did not intend to take my car to this company but considering the circumstances they made the whole experience almost a pleasure.
The whole arrangement was very efficient. They picked up my car by arrangement on time and left me with a smart new clean courtesy car (with a full tank of petrol!)
I was then kept informed as to progress and I foumd it very easy to deal with any queries that arose. I know I am not able to name the staff who I dealt with but they are excellent ambassadors for the company.
It was then arranged for my repaired car to be returned to my home. That was done again on time and the car was presented in excellent condition. In fact I said it was a good way to get my car deep cleaned but they said they thought it might be an expensive way of doing it.
I would like to commend the staff I dealt with particularly for:
I am going to France in two days time. That was just about the time the job would have finished. They ensured that the car was finished in time for me to take it abroad.
They kept me informed as to progress.
They sourced the correct grill for the car
All in all, whilst I would not recommend bending your car in the first place, if you do, these are the people to make sure your car goes to.

My poor little 🚙.
My car, unfortunately, required the services of Auto Fix and I cannot fault them. From the first point of contact to the last, with all the stages in between, they have been excellent. Courtesy car was delivered/swapped with mine, messages were sent along the way to keep me informed of progress and the repairs themselves are excellent. Particular shout outs to Robbie at the Heathfield depot who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and to the lovely man (I didn’t get his name) who delivered the great courtesy car to my home. Hopefully I won’t be returning any time soon but if I need more car body repair work I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fix auto was recommended by insurance company following rear bumper damage. They were very reassuring on the phone and quickly arranged inspection of my car and booked repair for two weeks later. They encouraged me to accept a courtesy car which they brought to my house when they took my car for repair. All was completed and car was returned three days later,
sooner than forecast, looking perfect and sparkling clean in side and out. Staff were friendly, explained processes well and kept appointments well on time.

Courtesy car
Fix Auto took a week to get a courtesy car to me. This was totally unacceptable as I have fully comp insurance to get a replacement vehicle so life can carry on as normal. Cannot understand why they did not get me a hire car? Everything else was very good and I was kept informed on the repair.
