Excellent quality accident repair
Our insurers arranged for a non-fault repair through Fix Auto. Our car came back to us looking as good as new. The delivery driver was lovely. Text updates were useful to keep track of the repair. Fix Auto also arranged to replace the other front tyre (which we paid for) to have a matched pair after front tyre damage. We were surprised how long the repair took especially as the expected completion date from our insurer had been 10 days prior hence 4 rather than 5 stars. We understand some trim had to be ordered and the team was attempting to source a matched tyre to the others fitted, which took time, however not being an old or unusual make of car, it did surprise us that it caused such a delay. Overall we would definitely recommend Fix Auto and feel they looked after our car and had excellent friendly customer service. Particular thanks to Wendy and Martin.

A day to remember.
Fix Auto were very good from day one, they had everything that I asked for, an automatic car,and very flexible with dates for when to bring my car in for repair.
They kept me informed by text with the progress every other day.
The repair work was very good and the staff in the office and the workshop were very professional and helpful when I collected my car.
