Very organised garage. Communication was superb in terms of keeping me in the loop with progress reports. Staff were warm during process and tried their best to answer questions I had. I love that the car was fixed very well but to my surprise, my car was clean on my pick up. I’ve never had that experience before so I was really happy about the clean car ready for pick up.

Door repair
I was looked after by Ian at Rochester after a car incident that meant I needed a new door. The service was 10/10. I was kept updated throughout and had my car back within a week in top condition. Feeling thankful! Would 💯 recommend the company!

Very pleased customer
Very pleased with the excellent accident repair perform by Fix Auto.
My car, although driveable, was collected by a recovery truck and was checked for any non-accidental damage prior to collection!
There was a delay due to parts availability, a new tailgate and bumper assy were required.
I purchased my car new in March 2025 but, after the repair by Fix Auto, I cannot find any difference in my car from when it was new! A big thanks to the team at Fix Auto and a special thanks to Ian Perkins for your help!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish very easy to deal and went above and beyond my car was in for repair due to hit and run but while in for repair my MOT was about to run out so they arranged for this be done while they had the car. Collection and delivery back to me was fast. Staff are always there to help.
