Great communication from the word go. Keep me updated with how the repair was going. Picked up the car and dropped it off afterward. It was an insurance claim but carried out extra work on the car as we requested

From the first contact to getting our car back the service was faultless. After some idiot drove into the back of our car, this company picked up the car the next day, the office kept us informed at every stage. Car was delivered back to us in immaculate condition, we have been extremely satisfied with the help and expertise given and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent repair
Courtesy car ran out of petrol without the fuel light being on to say the tank was low.
When my car was returned it was super clean and shiny and you could see no evidence that it had ever been damaged.

Great repair job.
I was worried with regard this repair, very worried. As it was not an easy one at all.
On collection of the van I was completely shocked, the whole van looked brand new as it had been polished into an inch of its life, and the repair was amazing.

A lady ran into the back of one of my vehicles when I was coming back from Stanstead Airport. The next day the Insurance company was on the phone to sort it out and then Fix Auto contacted me the day after. A day and time was arranged for the collection of the vehicle and the subsequent delivery after the repair. The repair was excellent and everyone I dealt with along the way was professional and friendly. 10/10 and thanks for a great job.
