Our Volvo XC90 was damaged in an accident, i contacted Fix Auto slough as they are a Volvo approved repairer. Andy was very prompt to get in touch and the car was collected swiftly. Andy kept me upto date via whatsapp / calls every stage of the way. The team reviewed the damage and provided an estimate promptly to the insurer. Unfortunately the car was deemed a write off and was not a viable repair. The levels of service experienced from Andy and the team were fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

My recent experience with Fix Auto Slough was excellent. The repair required for my vehicle was quickly and efficiently assessed, following which the work was carried out on a timely basis and all in accordance with the quotation provided. All Fix Auto representatives that I dealt with were friendly, courteous and helpful in all respects.

Fix Auto did a great job fixing my Audi Q5 after a slide on the ice! Originally was told I wouldn’t have it back in time to go on holiday in but they did their upmost to do it and managed it! Forever grateful for the extra effort they put in.

Fix Auto done a wonderful job fixing the front end of my Vauxhall Moka. It's now looking as good as new. Took slightly longer than the 3 weeks quoted, but that's down to having to wait for a couple of parts that weren't available from stock. However, wasn't a problem sI was provided with a decent courtesy car for the duration. Thanks for the great service Andy.

Really appreciate Andy's help throughout, I arranged a date to pick up my car but the day before I popped in just to see if I could pick it up earlier, Andy went out of his way to get everything sorted for me and I greatly appreciate that! Great repairs to my bumper, the car is good as new :) it was also really easy to communicate with team via WhatsApp to get updates. Bit tricky to collect/drop off car if you work normal 9-5 hours as they close at 5 and there’s no keysafe, but helpfully they’re open on a Saturday. Thanks guys!

Fix Auto Slough have done an incredible job with repairing my vehicle and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of repairs. They have a business wattsapp so it makes it super easy with sending over photos and staying in contact during the repairs. I had multiple updates while my vehicle was in with them, so I was kept well informed. The team are friendly, helpful and chatty in person and couldn’t be more tentative. The fleet of courtesy cars were new 72 plates, in immaculate condition and weren’t covered in sign writing like some repair company’s are, which I liked. Cannot fault the service at all from start to finish. Thank you to Andy and the team :)

Although my car was gone for a fair number of weeks it was mainly due to Fix Auto being held up awaiting delivery of parts which was frustrating for them. However, cannot speak highly enough of the Team who were very empathetic and pulled out all the stops to get my car back to me as soon as was possible. The car looks great as if nothing had ever happened to it. Thank you once again Andy, Dillon and the rest of the Team 😀

The service provided by Fix Auto UK Slough was just professional and just brilliant.
Andrew took the stress out of the whole process, making it seemless. He offered updates when requested and was always approachable, patient, accommadating and polite.
The completed bodywork repair was excellent. It looked amazing and my car was in immaculate condition upon return.

The second courtesy car was delivered in a poor condition, eg bodywork dents and scratches and floor carpet torn. These were not pointed out to me in a 'hurried' delivery.

My car was with Fix Auto in Slough for almost 5 months and this was purely due to the person who smashed into me admitting it.
I have to say that Fix Auto kept me up to date regularly, which I found extremely helpful and very much appreciated. As having the accident was highly stressful and frustrating. I spoke to Dhillon on numerous occasions which for me was important having that continuity with someone.
All the people I came into contact with whether that be in person or via phone were extremely friendly, helpful and polite.
When my car was finally ready to be collected, she looked stunning. They had done such an amazing job, replacing the bumper, wheel arch, back panel and door. They had valeted my car inside and out. Top marks for Fix Auto.

I found and used fix auto as I required work to be carried out on the front bumper area of my car in just a matter of days. Lucy was absolutely amazing the welcome was great, accommodated me by staying behind twice as I finished work late in order to quote then work required. Lucy gave me an honest and fair price/quotation. Parts ordered, work was then carried out to a fantastic standard I couldn’t have been more happier, bearing in mind my car was a high-performance car. On handover Dillon was great explaining what had been completed and that the car had a wash and vac to finish which was a nice surprise! I would highly recommend this service to any person requiring welcoming, professional staff, work completed to a very high standard and being able to deliver when they say they will. Thank you and keep up the great work!
