Pleasure to deal with the company, only slight gripe was the tiny courtesy car as being a tall big built guy the Fiat 500 was a little too cosy for comfort.

Fix Auto UK contacted me as soon as my insurers instructed them. They arranged to collect my vehicle the next day and a day later approved my repairs and supplied a curtesy car. The repairs were carried out quickly and are of a high standard. I was kept updated throughout and they got the work done in time for me to go on holiday, which really was appreciated. I liked the text messages informing me of the progress. Henry really made me feel that I was important as a customer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them

Fantastic customer service at every stage. They kept me very well informed and are so personable and professional. Equally, the standard of work is excellent - it's no surprise they're authorised by Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and McLaren - and yet they gave my humble little Hyundai i10 the same care. What can we say about these people except wow!
Andrea and Samantha made a stressful experience with our insurance company less stressful. Wasn’t their jobs to but given their communication with them too, or lack of it, I think they understood our plight .
The work completed was exceptional and the care from everybody involved to get our car back to us when the insurance company yet again, played dumb to the whole thing. Well these guys didn’t have to do this and we can’t thank them enough and as for recommending- 100% these guys every time . Stevenage team… you rock!

Karen at the front desk needs some customer service training. Awful behaviour, rude to paying customers. You aren’t the only repair shop around and won’t be using you again. Disgusted

I took my car here after we were rear ended . They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them!

From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I dealt with Hannah over the weekend on her day off and she ensured I was seen first thing the following day. The whole team from reception staff to the workshop were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail was amazing. They even washed and hoovered the car and collected and delivered it back to me all within a few hours for an incredible price.

My car required some re-spraying (under warranty) to correct paint defects. Fix Auto (Stevenage) was the manufacturers approved company and they excelled all round. All staff I interacted with (Customer Service, Assessors and Paintshop) were friendly,
courteous, professional and efficient. They clearly also worked well as a seamless, co-ordinated team.
A courtesy car was offered rather than being requested, which was a nice touch. The work (which took 2 weeks as forecast) was faultless and the car was presented back with a sense of pride. 100% recommended.
