Car still with them after 2 months
Car still with them after 2 months. 7 false estimated completion dates from mid January. Receptionist (male) can be off but he did apologise saying mis communication. Will see what repair is like but I’ve had enough.
UPDATE 17/2/25 another 2 failed estimated completion dates and 5 call backs not made to date always have to chase them. Further update 17/2/25 - Told many times all parts in, now exhaust mount bracket missing, could not give an estimated completion date.

Got my perfume stolen
The work was completed efficiently and to a good standard. I would have been entirely satisfied if not for two issues: the replacement car I was given was absolutely terrible, and my perfume went missing from my vehicle.

Regarding the replacement car, we understand how important it is to have a reliable and comfortable vehicle while yours is being worked on. Under our agreement with your insurance company we are to supply a Group A manual car at our cost. In this instance we supplied a brand new Hyundai I-10 Automatic with under 1500 miles. This car is a group B car. I appreciate it is very different to your own vehicle and sincerely apologise that the car did not meet your expectations.
We are also deeply concerned about the missing perfume from your vehicle. We take the safety and care of our customers’ belongings seriously, and this should not have happened. We do state on our Vehicle Check Sheet that was signed that all personal effects should be removed. That being said we will be looking into this further and check the images etc and storage areas. will conduct a thorough review of our procedures to ensure that all personal items are properly respected and returned. If you haven’t already, please contact us directly so we can discuss.

Extremely Disappointed with Fix Auto's Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fix Auto. My Mercedes EQC was with them for over two months, and yet the repairs were not completed professionally. The incorrect color code was used, leaving my car looking unprofessional and clearly mismatched. To make matters worse, my car was returned with no charge, causing me significant inconvenience and additional costs to arrange recovery and recharging for my electric vehicle.
Despite the excessive time they had my car, the lack of attention to detail and professionalism is unacceptable. After all this, the issues remain unresolved. Communication from Fix Auto has been slow, and their approach to handling complaints shows no sense of urgency.
I cannot recommend their service and will be pursuing a formal complaint to ensure these issues are addressed.

Getting minor repairs completed was very disappointing
Getting minor repairs completed was very disappointing. Nice reception staff but the workshop is very unprofessional; completion dates were missed four times with unbelievable excuses. In addition, the courtesy car I was provided with a very small and very basic manual transmission car emblazoned with the company logo.

Poor quality repair
Customer service overall very good. The problem is the actual repair, the quality is not even close up to the standard, the car does not look as good as new, due to the fact that the repair is visible to the eye. In addition the car was handed back with loose panels in the boot, marks of grease on the panels ( black on cream colour)
