Fix Auto provided a quick efficient repair to my vehicle. Maintained good communication through out. Carried out the repairs to a high specification. The service I received from the office and the chap who delivered my vehicle back was first class.

I had an effortless experience using Fix autos, communication throughout the process of booking my vehicle in with them, everything ran so smoothly, even though the courtesy car company didn’t turn up on the allotted day, they just told me to come back the following day, and they took it from there. They kept me well informed on the progress on my vehicle repair, and I had it back in record time, looking it had just come out of the showroom. If all companies in the retail trade could be so positive and helpful this country might be a better place, many thanks to Lorna for her help and she makes a great cup of coffee!

Basically had to replace/fix the whole side of my van and couldn’t be happier with the finish, looks fantastic! Was through my insurance so was dreading the process but they made it as easy as possible. Also like to mention Lorna and the staff at reception for being so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Dee and Lorna were great. Great outcome but way over the estimate.

I only found out after posting my initial review that they had vastly increased their estimate because the side panel could not be repaired and needed replacement. Although that was apparently agreed with the insurers, I was never told about it and it was never agreed with me. I therefore lost the chance to seek alternative repairers who could have possibly been less expensive, with a cheaper cost on my claims record.

In a call with them on 28 July, they helpfully explained: “We do not keep the customer informed as to the potential cost”, and “We liaise with the insurer and not the customer”

I am delighted with the service Fix Auto have provided. All the team members I have dealt with have been very professional, in particular Lorna the customer service manager who’s communication was spot on at all times. Richard who is one of the vehicle damage assessors also provided excellent communication and advice which actually saved me money ! The rear door of my car was damaged and rather than me having to pay for a brand new door, Richard suggested getting a second hand door from eBay and he would then be able to spray it to match the existing colour of my car and then fit the door which is a perfect match.
I collected the car today and I am very happy with work that has been carried out and well within the timeframe I was given.
Unfortunately Lorna was not working so I was unable to thank her personally but I did mange to thank Richard. First Class Service from start to finish.
