Ordered a part.1 week later, emailed about order status, and they said they just cancelled my order? No reason, just cancelled it. Called and got a hold of no one. ZERO stars on customer support.

Awful customer service that doesn't answer questions. Bought 2 of the same screens a few months apart, both received broken. Would not give refund/replacement under any circumstances. Don't waste you... See more

Good Quality

They are definitely a good supplier, much better quality then rolling the dice buying LCDS on eBay. I have been using them for 3 years for all my repairs. They offer anything from Fedex overnight shipping to USPS first class. The only downside is that their return policy is horrible. They want you to return the LCD and then it can take a week or two before refund starts. Its a big problem for Samsung and others as those parts are so expensive I don't carry quantities of them I order as needed. However I specialize in iPhone repair here so I have a stock and if its an iPhone LCD that only $20 or less, I just through it in the trash replace it for my customer most of the time.

Refused a cancellation, misleading product descriptions

I ordered a part by mistake, and sent a email to the customer service just five minutes later asking for a cancellation. They didnt reply until a day later, at which point they said they’d already sent the package and thus would not refund me. I pointed out that id asked for a cancellation probably before they actually sent the package, but they still refused. Very poor experience.

Whats more the website claims that the part would include, and i quote, “almost everything you need to complete the installation”. Everyone read that sentence good and well because you’ll probably never see a more pregnant “almost” in your life again. The part came with a scrap of double side tape and the worlds smallest guitar pick. Most other websites selling the same part at least include a crappy screwdriver but i guess even thats too much.

They are only saved from a worse review because the part i got looks good, and probably works, but i guess we’ll never know because i dont actually need it.

Be careful buying Batteries

I have bought batteries for my cell phone from Fixez and other sources. First, on buying a genuine OEM brand battery, I got 2 years from the replacement battery before it was not holding a charge well (about what I got with phone when I purchased it). On my first purchase from Fixez, the first replacement battery was not OEM brand, and it only lasted about a year. When that was not holding well, I replaced that through another battery purchased through Fixez. This one was so bad, it would not accept enough of a charge to even power up the phone even though it was on a charger for 24 hours. Yes, I understand Fixez has a warranty, but you have to pay the return shipping which makes it uneconomical to replace a $10 battery.

Buyer beware.

Bought a battery for my Apple Watch series 1 so I could give to my daughter. Worked fine just doesn’t hold a charge. I ordered the first battery and was doa. Was marked mfg 10/15. So sat for 5 years without charge and went flat. Which lithium batteries are bad when they go flat. Or they gave me a used batter from a watch which I suspect is the issue. They used alcohol to wipe off the apple text. They exchanged it and this one has a broken ribbon cable so completely useless. They list it as brand new but yet this battery was made 6/2016. These are not new products they are pulled from devices they buy in lots and harvest parts from. Buyer beware. I’ve already wasted $10 in gas running across town picking up the first one and exchanging for the second. Just going to throw this away and eat the money. Fraud and scam!

Wrong part sent; weak customer service

I purchased a part for my Pixel phone that was listed on their website as compatible with my specific phone model. When I tried to install the part, I realized it was not the correct part. The part would not fit at all (it was close, but a distinctly different configuration than the original part). After too many emails exchanged with customer support, they finally offered to take back the item - but only if it was brand new condition. Well, I had tried to install the part, assuming that their website information was correct, and in doing so, I used the adhesive backing, so the part was no longer new. Overall this was a waste of time and money. I will find a more reputable and trustworthy source for my parts from now on.
