Avoid at all costs! I called this number for an emergency callout for a locksmith. They advertise an average response time of 10 - 20 minutes, but the locksmith took more than an hour to arrive. After seeking a second opinion from another locksmith, I discovered the locksmith overcharged me for the cost of drilling the lock and replacement with a new lock. This type of service should cost approximately £300, but I was charged £540 (including for the price of a £119 new lock, which was later refunded and the lock returned).
