I had some problems with my theme and fixmysite.com has been very fast, easy to deal with and they have made an excellent job. I higly recommend them.

I have used Fixmysite twice for different sites, on each occasion not only were they quick to respond they were also helpful with my many questions. They work very quickly and are a delight to work with how many times can you say that honestly with firms in internet marketing?
You can have absolute confidence in approaching these guys if your precious site needs fixing. A1 5star.

Wordpress experience some issues between Sept and December and as a result they had to reset security for all their sites. Our hosting service could not help us but FixMySite was able to help and quick. I highly recommend their service!

Fast response, great communicators. Quickly identified cause for our slow site and fixed it.

We hired them back at the beginning of November, paid for their top tier speed optimization service. After a month went by we saw numerous issues on our site, some functionality being completely broken. We reached out to their support on 11/29 letting them know of our issues, no response, reached out again on 12/3, no response. Finally received a response on 12/6 saying they "have an influx of tickets" for the delay. It is now 12/16 with no fix and no response. They broke our site layout and functionality and could not provide a fix after almost 20 days. Unacceptable.

I contacted FixMySite because my website was really slow and I wasn't able to fix it myself. They got right on it....and even though it took a little longer than expected, their communication was great and they did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

I had a really wonderful experience working with Fixmysite.com. Their support agent, Faycal B., was very patient and attended to my instructions with the utmost care, honesty and professionalism. There were times when I thought I had messed up the fixes that were done by him, but he calmly explained what happened to me, step by step, and gave me suggestions on how to handle the issue going forward. At first I hesitated about trusting a stranger to go to the backend of my site and make changes. But my experience with this company was nothing but positive and they've earned my trust. First, I am not a website developer or manager and only know WP as the program. I am the contact person with my organization's website developer. We received notice from Siteground that our database had exceeded its limit. Our developer is having serious health issues and was not able to work on the problem. It was the largest ever seen according to Faycal. After several days of trying to get the right password, I gave you several choices and you finally figured it out.
Communication during this time was quick and often - it was evident that you were trying to work on the website. When Faycal realized he couldn't help, he deferred to another associate, Manuel, who was able to get the issues resolved within 2-3 hours. YAY!!!
Communications were 2-day and informed me of the issues being looked at and it's progress. But most appreciated is the fact that they were informative, positive and kind! Also gave recommendations to eliminate similar issues in the future.

Fixmysite was awesome! They were fast and efficient at cleaning up my client's database to get them up and running again after Siteground shut their site down for the database being too large. The fee was much less than we thought.

My hosting company (Siteground) sent me a warning that my SQL database was 3 x over the size limit and I had to take immediate action. Fix my site were quick to respond, resonably priced and fixed this issue quickly for me reducing my SQL database size from 2691 MB to 298MB and informed me as to where the problem was.
