Shocking mobile service. Lied to from the get/go on how far they were away. A 2 hour window became 4 hours with no proactive comms or update - shocking customer service and overall an awful experience. I would NOT recommend or trust what they say via email, phone or in person. I am since complained to them via email multiple times and had zero response, which is no surprise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I just wanted to say how great the technician was who came out to me today and the service in general. After getting a puncture, they were very clear about what the process was and the costings. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and talked me through the replacement on arrival, checking all of my tires before I then was back on the road. Would not hesitate to recommend especially as a woman on her own stuck at a service station.

They gouged several chunks out my alloy wheels whilst changing it. After they denied responsibility.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.. Went in to re-balance wheels with this company. Their fitting centre is clean and new tools but the problem is fitters are highly untrained. They impacted their wrench driver right in to my new alloys leaving cuts right down to the bare metal. Along with other damage marks they managed to do on top! Absolutely gutted. Asked the company to repair them and they were not friendly or professional at all about what had happened. Abusive and shouting at me that im a scammer! Refused to offer refund when i asked they advised me it was cheap service and what do I expect. I mean wow! These kind of cowboy companies you must AVOID AVOID. It will only end up in upset if you care for your car and your wheels. Off i go to get the wheel fix at an expensive cost. It was an expensive visit for me to this place. These alloy wheels made it all the way from USA in perfect condition and this company wrecked them in a few minutes due to carelessness. :(
