I placed an order for a Fixoluv propane torch weed burner. Not all the parts were attached. I have written them several times in regards to my order and I have been told they would send me I new item or the missing parts. I have requested a refund. They’ve told me they were going to refund my account, there has been no action from this company.
Very disappointed in their service and they don’t uphold what they say they’re going to do
I would be very careful and cautious in order from this company

I ordered this mop on oct.27,2026.It’s charger to my PayPal account. Rose Mary Braxton 923 County Road 133N Liberty Texas. I can’t even see a tracking number. Where is the MOP? Or please refund my money back to my PayPal account.

I ordered a mop two weeks ago for 25.95 & emailed them asking for tracking info & they replied that they don’t show an order from my name & email! Probably another scam from China!🤬🤬🤬

I purchased Fixolux ergonomic car neck supports, but they did not fit properly or provide the neck support advertised.

I contacted the company within its stated 14-day return window to request a return address. Instead of providing one, customer service repeatedly told me that returning the items would be too expensive and offered a partial refund.

Since my order was shipped from Sunrise, Florida, and I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I questioned why return shipping would be so expensive. I repeatedly requested the return address so I could determine the cost myself, but they never provided it.

My issue isn't simply that the product didn't work as advertised. It's that I attempted to follow their return policy and was never given the information needed to complete the return.

Customers should be able to make their own decisions about return shipping costs rather than being denied the information necessary to return a product.
