I ordered a spare part for the washing…
I ordered a spare part for the washing machine on fixpart.be. The item didn't have a photo online, so as I wasn't sure if I had ordered the right part I reached out to the customer service for confirmation. With a big delay they came back to me suggesting that I should reach out to the manufacturer as they don't have the specific part I am looking for. The next day I received the part I had already purchased on their website and it was the right one. I have no idea what the customer service employee was referring to, good thing I didn't listen! Bad customer service, I give them 2 stars just because i did manage to find what i was looking for in the end.

won't order from this business again
won't order from this business again. Ordered and filled out my delivery information. The package was delivered in a different county. After speaking to dpd they had said that fix part the company had not filled out my address correctly. After back and forth emails they're is still no resolution and its has been almost a month of the same back and forth replies
