Much slower delivery than predicted

Good product but the advice on time for delivery time was way out - I ordered Monday pm with advice it would take 24-48 hrs - it was despatched Tuesday am (but from France) and arrived Saturday the day after the tradesman was here to fit it.

I ordered a part for my oven which was supplied incorrectly ! I complained and they sent me a return for the order, which I did still waiting for my refund over one month later ! I have opened a dispute with my bank,
Terrible customer service and I would never use them again. AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Terrible Customer Service

Went online to order a fluff filter for my tumble dryer (simple). Received a confirmation email with a photo of the item ordered (great). Package received a few days later, (Great until I opened the packaging), wrong item sent.
Cut to chase, company blaming me for ordering wrong item (don't forget their confirmation email sent to me showed the correct item I ordered). They kindly sent a returns label with a "reduced" price of £6.95 for me to pay when it's their error. Back and forth I go with emails, no apologies whatsoever. Luckily I paid by PayPal and opened a complaint and got my money back with 10 minutes. Out of politeness (why I bothered, I really do not know) sent Fixpart.co.uk another email telling them the same and for them to arrange at their cost (as they sent the wrong item), to either collect the item or send a free returns label and as a decent human being I will take the returned item to a drop off shop. Absolutely useless and frustrating company to deal with.

Slowest customer service ive ever…

Slowest customer service ive ever experienced. Also using DPD where they are usually good but for some reason wont let you collect parcels from depot when they deliver it to the wrong address, so they have sent it back to sender where you cannot contact them!

Been over a week now and still no response from Fixpart.co.uk

I've lost time and money using these.

To add to the review, I've been emailed today 18th Feb 26, they have refunded me with the incorrect amount and someone else's order!

This is unbelievable, where a simple phone call could have sorted this.

But they don't do phones, only chat bots.

I have same complaint as others on this…

I have same complaint as others on this review site. Ordered 3 parts for dryer machine. Delivery was suggested as 3 to 5 days. One part was delivered and the other promised to be shipped on 11th February. Sent online request for update on 11th. It is now 13th and no response. You can't call them in Holland as number just says fill in online form. Communication is just flat poor! If it was going to take longer than their promised delivery I would have gone else where. If I don't get response today will cancel the order and order elsewhere. Not a good experience tbh

You have to pay for returns postage

I used the model number of the machine to ensure i ordered the correct part (washing machine door) according to their own system , when it arrived it doesn't fit. they want me to send it back to Italy which is half the cost of the item.i thought it was UK warehouse

Excellent service and product A*

The whole process was quick and easy, from placing order to delivery A* service. Ordered at 11am, it was shipped by 4pm and arrived early next day. The tv legs fit my tv perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
