The worst experience I have ever had. The order was cancelled on the 9th of March. I was told then it had been cancelled. But never got a refund. Had to get my money through the bank. Then on 31 March I get the order and told that they could not cancel my order (on the 9th March) because it had been dispatched (on the 31 March). Worst customer service, do not buy

Absolutely horrendous. I asked them to cancel my order as it was taking longer than they said it would to send the parcel let alone get it delivered. They told me they cancelled it but then still proceeded to ship me the product and now I’m trying to return it. But I have to pay for the shipping costs and buy shipping materials to post it. I’m extremely annoyed by this company and there is no one to ring except email which I get mixed messages on email and none of it makes sense. Do not use this company.

My order was not delivered. The delivery company said it was - but I was home and the photo of the delivery was not my house. Fixpart Customer Service said my address was wrong and I needed to pay the delivery charge again. My address is correct and evidenced on the order. Now they are investigating. Terrible service no human contact option. SCAM!

Wrong item delivered and they haven't replied to my email.

Items sent out quickly but their customer services are atrocious, I purchased a capacitor for our dryer but it did not resolve our issue, we then bought the full motor from them which included a capacitor so we sent the first one back. We sent it back in it's original packaging with photo proof of delivery over 4 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back from them.
I have messaged them twice on their customer services page and emailed 10 days ago and still no response or refund.

Ordered a Candy Freezer door seal, very quick delivery, arrived in perfect condition, the freezer is working far better with the new seal, ive just ordered a seal for the fridge, very satisfied with this Company.

Don't waste your time an money on this website..after half year I still didn't get what I paid for..
First i ordered they sent something else
Second time I ordered the same thing didn't sent it at all..

Ordered a part for about £25. Website said part would arrive on the Thursday if I paid £6.95 ( next day). Did not arrive until the Saturday.
Customer service is non existent. Don't reply.

Terrible experience.
First part ordered was not the correct fit and now I'm waiting for over 1 month for the refund to be processed.
They reply to emails after 1 week and always with the same answer that they had no time to even look at the email claims.

Will not be ordering from them ever again.

It took over a week for the company to respond to my enquiry about 3 seperate parts. They gave me the link for one which i did order but was really expensive, then didnt respond to any of my emails about the other 2 which i will have to source elsewhere. Most frustrating

The product was exactly as advertised, and with a minimum of packaging. The delivery was rapid

I placed an order only to find out I didn't need the part. This happened five minutes after placing the order. Unfortunately (or quite conveniently for the company) there is no telephone number to contact them. I emailed them to cancel the order and it took several days before they acknowledged the first email. By that time the item had already been shipped.
The item doesn't fit the food processor I ordered it for.
I now requested a refund and this is where things get even worse: I paid £10 for the item and delivery. They will charge £7.00 for the return of the item which means assuming you take the item to one of their courier shops which might not be convenient in which case, I end up owing them money.
I strongly suggest staying as far away as possible from a company like this.

It was easy to find the part I needed and the delivery time was as stated. I saved myself 200 euros on a new microwave by fixing the one I had!

I ordered my tv stand from Fixpart online,the site was very easy to navigate,and once ordered it arrived promptly,top service from a top supplier…who needs more than that.not me…
