I had a problem with my Fridge Freezer. The manufacturers were unable to assist and refused to send anyone to service it. Eventually via Checkatrade, I posted the issue and very quickly Fixpertize responded and within 15 minutes an appointment was arranged. The engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He explained the problem and how I could avoid it going forward. I am extremely happy with this company and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!

This was the second and third time we used them. They were very communicative and explained everything clearly in regard to what was with our dishwasher. They were also flexible when the dishwasher didn't come on time.

Rado is very knowledgeable and professional, he tested everything thoroughly and gave me a lot of information.

Recommended by a friend. Very quick turnaround from the initial enquiry. All questions were responded in an efficient manner from start to finish. A 2 hour arrival time slot was given and this was met. Appreciated that Rado used plastic to cover his footwear before entering my property. Nice and friendly service with one year warranty included to cover the work carried out. Recommended!

Rado was very helpful, was able to come to inspect within the hour and was great. A pleasure to have someone so honest and happy to help their customer and at an affordable price.

Excellent service from start to finish! Maya and Rado were helpful, flexible and able to help us diagnose and fix the issues with our tenant’s hob and washing machine (including fitting a new hob when the old one was unsalvageable!) quickly and efficiently. The advice was honest and the service reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended and we will be back with any further issues (though hopefully not too soon!)

From start to finish they were brilliant. Congratulations to Maya for being the most entertaining fixer on the planet. All went according to plan and I have, once again, a working dishwasher.

My oven stopped working last week. I chose this appliance repair company because they operate locally in the North London area. I got an appointment for the next day. The engineer, Rado was super friendly. He did the diagnostics quite fast and explained to me that the thermostat of my oven is faulty. I was very impressed that he took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what the problem is and what are the possible solutions. After that, he quickly repaired the oven.

Overall: This is the best appliance repair service company I have ever used! Their engineer was punctual, friendly, polite and worked fast! Not to mention that their prices are quite low compared to other companies in the are. Thank you Fixpertize and Rado!

very efficient and customer oriented service from beginning to end. I have received responce( and i had few inquiries) within a day and service was scheduled for next day and subsequent ( as it required ordering a spare part) within few days. They were available on phone when needed and no waiting and frustration with not getting answers. wholeheartedly recommend and will certainly will be using them all the time when i have problems with white goods. thank you for good service.

Fixpertize gave a brilliant service, was able to fix the problem the day after I called and was great value for money. I strongly recommend.

Very pleased with results they were able to fix my oven when I had been told previously by different company that it couldn’t be fixed! So I tried them for a cooker hood and washing machine repair which have been fixed.

Called at 10am, the Engineer arrived at 1pm and the repair was completed by 2pm. Price was very reasonable and transparent. Excellent. Will absolutely use Fixpertize for any future issues.

Rado was fantastic - and even came back with replacement parts a day earlier than previously quoted.
