Told us they would be 40mins for a locksmith to come and was waiting over an hour and a half with my new born baby. They don’t speak to one another and locksmith says a longer time than the advisor on the phone. Really disappointing.

7th Nov: The manager messages about a review my husband did and then when I rang and spoke to the manager she kept interrupting me and spoke so rudely to me calling me and my husband a disgusting couple. Never have I spoken to a manager so rude and then she cut the call off when she didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Baring in mind I apologised on the phone yesterday regarding my husband’s language he used. But this Manager wouldn’t listen at all and kept interrupting me and basically wouldn’t let me get a word in basically blaming me for my husband’s actions, which is a joke as he is his own person and said somethings out of frustration that of being out in the cold with our new born baby and they kept adding more time but weren’t communicating that with us and lied about the time they gave us. We were waiting over an hour and a half and still got told by the locksmith not the advisor that it would be another 50mins.

The manager kept messaging and just felt like I was getting harassed by this one manager and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Clearly if a bad review is written then this company will harass you on WhatsApp.

Absolutely amazing service! I accidentally lost an earring down the bathroom sink and was really worried I wouldn’t be able to get it back. Thankfully, they helped me retrieve it from the drain!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE.

I honestly feel completely ripped off by this company. I contacted them because I urgently needed my boiler fixed, and they quoted me £225 per hour just to start investigating the problem. As I was desperate for help, I agreed to their charges in good faith.

The engineer spent approximately 10 minutes looking at my boiler and charged me £330! After that, he told me the pressure switch was faulty and advised me to buy and replace the part myself. Trusting his so-called diagnosis, I spent another £100 purchasing the part, only to discover that the pressure switch was not even the actual problem.

So, I am now over £400 out of pocket, and my boiler problem was not resolved by his diagnosis. What exactly was I paying £330 for? How can someone charge such an outrageous amount for a few minutes of work, give an incorrect diagnosis, and leave the customer to waste even more money on unnecessary parts?

I feel this was completely unfair and unacceptable. When people call for an emergency repair, they are already stressed and vulnerable. They deserve an honest assessment, professional service and a proper explanation of the charges, not to be left paying hundreds of pounds for advice that turns out to be wrong.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before calling this company. Make sure you get the charges confirmed in writing, ask exactly what you are paying for, and do not blindly trust a diagnosis without getting a second opinion.

I am extremely unhappy with how I have been treated. In my experience, the service was nowhere near worth the money charged, and I would absolutely not use them again.

A very costly lesson. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

I paid a £60 callout fee, the guy came and wouldn't do anything until I'd agreed to paying £239/hr for however long it took. He said he wanted to check our expansion tank in the loft, and I knew the issue had nothing to do with that, so lost confidence and sent him away.

They rely on getting someone on site and getting you to sign up to a very long and one-sided contract. Go nowhere near them.
