My iPhone 10 just died after 3 years, with no warning. and no prior issues. After taking it to the Apple Store for an inconclusive diagnostic, I was advised to buy a new phone. Instead, I took the phone to FixTech and they found that the motherboard needed replacing. The team were great: sending regular updates; advising of costs, and eventually repairing the phone very quickly. I recommend these guys unreservedly.

My iPhone screen had suddenly gone…
My iPhone screen had suddenly gone black. O2 couldn’t help, Apple couldn’t help but I took it to FixTex and they said if they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t charge me. Low and behold, they fixed it. Very professional and lovely customer service
