The engineer who came to service the boiler made contact regarding his arrival time and kept me updated. He was a very efficient and tidy worker. Fixxa arranged the appointment promptly. I would highly recommend this service and definitely use it again.

I've used Handy Heroes before- for small and a few larger jobs- but mainly they have helped me more recently after surgery and health problems with various jobs. The service and what they've done have been done really well, really reliably and efficiently. It's really good to have a company I feel I can trust- and that do call and email back quickly if you have questions and that turn up when they say they will. I'm careful about what I recommend- but I've recommended this company to family and friends.

I needed a bath panel replaced and all the local suppliers were busy. I don’t use handymen often so was a bit nervous tbh. Tried Fixxa, thinking it couldn’t hurt. Within a few hours I was matched with Martin - I wasn’t sure of the process so called the Fixxa’s head office a couple of times (changed my appointment time too) - they were very helpful and understanding.

Martin arrived just after the time agreed (actually texted me to say traffic was bad - amazing - and legit, the traffic is bad here) and did a brilliant job. He was super friendly and polite, efficient, and totally non-phased by the mess my house move made. He also did a brilliant job with the bath panel, which now looks awesome. I highly recommend Martin, would definitely use Fixxa and book Martin again.

Particularly if you’re new to booking this sort of thing, I found it really easy and well-run. Haven’t been invoiced yet but based on other reviews am hoping it will be reasonable.

Really impressed with my experience with Fixxa, the website is really easy to use, my handy man was polite, on time and very professional. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Overall a good experience. Would have preferred better contact details of the person sent to do the job and would have preferred to be told the cost to complete the job ie cost of materials before the person bought them.

I would recommend the company and having received a follow up call, I have been told the contractors mobile number will in future appear on the dashboard.
