Superb customer services when our order wasn't delivered, problems with Royal Mail, not Fixxon I might add. Really responsive, friendly and helpful. Product is great too!

These Fixxon items are brilliant for my mother in law's care home clothing. Had used other brands before but none could compete.

I always received immediate acknowledgement of my order via email. In 4.5 years of ordering buttons, I have only had one error and this was cleared up immediately. The staff are professional, friendly and the system is brilliant to avoid clothes getting lost in a busy laundry.

Fixxon offer excellent value for money and fantastic customer service. When we have a new family member moving into the care home, once ordered on line, the buttons arrive within 24 hours - fabulous!!!

The Fixxon tool kit and buttons are brilliant. Got this kit when my Dad was going to a care home and we needed to label all his clothing. It seemed such a daunting task when you're not feeling that great about the situation anyway but this is so much easier than sewing in labels and they are very secure, (unlike the stick on labels where even if using the best they eventually wash off and the writing fades). Once you've got the hang of it it's sooooo easy!! They are discreet too which is an added bonus. I'd have used these for kids school clothes too if I'd know about them then!

It's also great that you can reuse the buttons once an item of clothing has had its day - just use the removal tool and then reuse - simple and cost/environmentally effective :-)

The staff are very helpful too. Great service.

I think your Fixxon buttons are amazing, and so easy to fix on to the clothing labels. I’m easily daunted being a “lady of a certain age” 😂 so I was really happy that I could work it out on my own, and actually quite therapeutic! I could sit there for hours fixing them on to the labels!

Purchased buttons as recommended by care home.
Great customer service, easy to use website.
Order mislaid by post so another sent immediately.

We have recently purchased one of Fixxon's clever labelling systems. It has led to some very happy residents and a a happy back office team who now ensure that all clothing is distributed to the right rooms in the homes and swapped to the right owner if wrongly worn. I would thoroughly recommend talking to Tanya and the team at Fixxon if you have an issue with identifying residents' clothing!

The only thing that could have improved the experience for me was knowing how long the order would take to be processed and delivered. In the event, my anxiety was allayed because it came so quickly, but I would have liked to have understood when to expect it when I ordered.

Fantastic service from Fixxon. I ordered so named buttons and they were delivered the following day. I ordered them in plenty of time for my children going back to school in September thinking they would take a while. Very happy with how quickly I received them. Thank you Fixxon

We have used this company on three occasions and I think most of all their customer service is second to none. I had a problem with the fixing gun and after one telephone call I received a new one the following morning, amazing service from a fantastic company with a brilliant idea.

have tried different name identification methods over the years which never worked long term , but since finding Fixxon buttons this problem has been solved.

I ordered 100 buttons for my grandfather as his home kept losing his socks and various other clothes.
I was shocked at how quickly they arrived! They are very high quality and that quality has not diminished over the years we have been using them. They are incredibly easy to apply (once you figure it out!) and do the job superbly. He hasn’t reported them to be uncomfortable in any way and they are small enough to be discreet.
Customer service was fantastic and I really feel I’ve got my money’s worth, and then some.
