The refrigerator was not cleaned as requested. There were glitches in booking and paying. Difficult experience.

I needed to clean out an apt and had no experience hiring people to do this kind of work. With one email I had two workers who showed up on time and really worked along side of me. One lady was more diligent than the other and I would recommend her over the other if you want to get things done she needed no directions or prompting as to what was needed to be accomplished, I was very happy with the results and gave them extra $ for their work. If I ever get roped into doing this kind of thing again i will CALL FixyFix immediately. !!!

I think all of our specific requests maybe were not understood or logged in the request. But generally the service was good.

I would never use this company again. I put that I have 2 rooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms to clean and the cleaner was not able to complete the cleaning without some direction as well as one bedroom and one bathroom was not cleaned. The first thing she said when she came in was implicating that this house is a too big of a house to complete the cleaning we asked for When I asked her to clean the floor with a specific product that was my own, she looked at me like I was crazy and then couldn't figure out to open the top and take the seal off so the product can come out. She was just like, it's not working. I also forgot to mention she was 30 minutes late. The company is calling me back and forth and I'm speaking to like 3 different people. No one was on the same page.

Cleaning person didn't speak any English, it was very hard to communicate and there for the result was disappointing

The cleaning lady was great. I did not enjoyed. Wong charged five times for one service. Though, they corrected the mistake right away.

Decent job done. Better than the first time.

Kind people over the phone. They agreed to send someone else after the first person had barely cleaned anything. But the second guy left the apartment dirtier then when he came in.
Would have done a better job myself in half the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people entirely.

I like the ease of this service but question why they never send the same person twice. They always seem to be not available.
I feel having a consistent person would make using this service a lot easier and provide a better service

The cleaning was good but needed to be a little more assertive.

Fixy will work with you and help you with scheduling needs. The women that cleaned my place was really nice and did a excellent job cleaning. Great company overall! Will continue with them for the future.

Olesya was great, arrived on time and cleaned thoroughly. would recommend it and have the service again.
