Having an HP printer myself I know how hard it was to find things. This page is definitely a big improvement with the download button being visible on the sidebar prominently. However one thing I noted on the page was that the software is supposed to "Driver Agent software looks through your computer file system for corrupt, outdated, and missing HP Printer Drivers and automatically installs & updates them to the latest version that's compatible with your PC." I use Ubuntu and that is not even on the list of devices supported. If this doesnot support Ubuntu or other Linux OS then this should be clarified.

The layout of the site is very nice. Just enough information and just enough menu choices. Some websites have to much information and it looks to crowded, other sites don't have enough information. But this site has just enough and it's the right information on top of that. Great overall site! Saved it to my bookmarks!

Very simple design. Extremely user friendly. You don't need to be a computer whiz to use this website.

I think the website is very clear. The buttons are large enough so that everyone can see them clearly.I like the sidebar addition too. I think that is a great way for people to see items quickly. The only suggestion that I would make to put the "Select your Device" closer to the top of the page, rather than on the bottom.

I didn't think the site looked very professional. I couldn't read the first line of options and it kind of looked like they were just thrown on the page. The download option didn't stand out to me and I think that's important because ultimately that's why customers are visiting the site.

I mostly liked this website. I found it to be easy to know where to click to download. I liked that the page wasn't fussy, it was simple, but it still looked professional. The only part of the layout that I felt like didn't fit with the page, and needed some work was the "Select your device" area. I like the thought of it, but it's looks and layout didn't match the rest of the page.

I just wish I remembered to research companies before I use them rather than find out too late they have a terrible reputation! It just happened again. May I suggest that companies are advised to display a link to Trust pilot? Obviously, only the ones with a good score are likely to comply but that would at least remind people to check first.

I think the site was clean, easy to understand and it was very simple to use. It was very easy for me to locate my operating system and to locate the device that I needed a driver for. I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they ever need a driver for their PC's or devices.

It was quite easy to find what I needed. Many similar pages out there make you crawl through several links and tabs to get what you need, but having all the information I needed to get to my download was quick and direct.

Recently, I bought a new HP Printer which did not provide any driver CD. I checked the web and landed on this site and it worked like a dream. I found the required drivers for my Windows 10 OS without any hassle and downloaded the required drivers in minimal time without any problems.
