While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Fiza Prime Cleaning Services is a licensed Dubai cleaning company specialising in upholstery care at your home. Our trained teams steam clean sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, mattresses, carpets, rugs and curtains in apartments and villas across Dubai, including Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Meydan, Dubai Creek Harbour, JVC, JLT, Dubai Marina and Dubai Hills. Every job starts with a fabric check. We identify the material, read the care label and test a hidden area before using any product, and we stop if the fabric reacts. For organic stains and odours such as sweat, food and pet marks, we can add an enzyme-based pretreatment before controlled hot-water extraction. We are honest about limits: old or set-in stains may not fully lift, and we explain what to expect before we start. We quote from photos, so there are no surprises on the day. Sofa cleaning starts from AED 60 per seat, and we also offer apartment and villa deep cleaning. Water and electricity need to be on at the property for our equipment. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Send photos of your items on WhatsApp at +971 54 786 7988 or visit fizaprime.com for a quote.
