Too many red flags

Placed and order. It did not process it immediately but sent an email to me implying the bill would be later. Tried calling the company, no one answered but said some one at extension XXXX was not present. Looked at companies house, looks valid, but can see someone with the same name ( director ) linked with another company currently being wound up. The SSL certificates are from 14th April. The company set up in March. And AI indicates some of the pages scalped from Victoria Plumbing. The Director is the Secretary of the company which was odd, but valid.
