We have checked the tracking and it shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 17th at 11:10am but no-one was in.
It also shows that you contacted Royal Mail at 19:13 arranging another delivery time.
So hopefully the package is with you now.
It's always best to contact us directly if there is an issue, we can then try to help you. The majority of reviews on TrustPilot point out we have a great customer service team on hand to help with issues.

Possibly the best customer service ever
This is possibly the best customer service experience I’ve had with any online company. Having placed my order, Fjewellery emailed me to let me know of a delay. When the item arrived it was indeed lovely but wasn’t quite the design my sister had wanted (a birthday gift). I emailed and let them know I needed to return the item and usually I would brace for a negative response or no response.
To my amazement not only did I get a next day reply but the customer service team were so polite and guided me through the returns process without quibble. I have been astonished with their professionalism. This is extremely rare in my experience and I will definitely be looking to purchase again from fjewellery and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Nice initial pendant but not the same as what’s advertised. The bale on the picture looks good quality and round but the item I received had a cheaply made bale and was oval. I’ve had to pay to have the bale rounded to fit my belcher chain.
