Hair in my food and cold staff

I wanted to let you know about a really disappointing experience I had at your buffet.

Within the first few minutes of getting my food, I found four different hairs in it. It honestly made me feel sick, and I couldn’t continue eating after that because I was so put off.

I told a member of staff right away, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously and brushed it off. That made the whole situation even worse, as I felt ignored and not cared for as a customer.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into both hygiene and how staff handle situations like this.

Lost wallet

I lost my wallet in one of their ferries and I would like to thank you Fjord line for sorting out that even during the weekend. Even one person who was on her day off call to sort it out and get me my wallet as soon as possible. Thank you very much again.

I like the boat

I like the boat. The cabins okey, the staff are nice. The food is good. Buuuut, the price on this boat is sick!! I would travel to the house in DK so much moore if i could just get there without gjetting poor. Why would you not fill the boat up and take less money? Insteed of half full boat for milloners.

Its just to Sad!
