While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

After being a customer for 15 years

After being a customer for 15 years, Fjordmail bought American server Inbox.com.

I lost pictures of my late mother, passwords and the layout is ultra confusing. Oh, they wanted to almost double the yearly price. A wreckless act.

Norwegian thieves

These Norwegian criminals bought Estonian e-mail providers hot.ee and online.ee and others, and want people to pay 4.99 EUR a month for what used to be a free service, in order for the customers to not lose access to their email. This is ridiculous. I hate this company.

Bordline activities

Edit - I added a star because I got support on exporting mail to a new provider. I was initially pissed because they blocked the possibility to export emails as mbox attachment, but they allowed the exporting via pop, which is even better.
----
They bought another email provider that used to be free and changed unilaterally the term of use introducing a feed (60€/year!).
This on top of a general clear reduction of service (lost contacts, lost emails, created spam, very slow site and app).
Just now reading the new term of use, they make themself responsible of nothing, neither that your email arrives or not, if they are hacked...zero. Plus, they add a "no class action" clause, that I am not even sure it is legal: basically they make you agree you will solve problems with them as a single, and not together in a class action. Ridiculous clowns.

Their site is a joke

Their site is a joke. No info, can't register (constant error message but without details..). No prices in the window, no app. Their whole site is a big error. Why should I pay for?

BLACKMAIL WARNING!

Bought the free e-mail service I´ve used for 20 years and now the blackmailing has begun. "If you don´t pay €69.99 annually, your account will be deleted."
