Machines are trash & unreliable. Bought a $1200 machine one battery never worked, not even once. The other holds a charge for 30 min. Filled out "repair request" forms multiple times through the year.... no RA ever sent to me. Emailed them directly for it & they told me to fill out another form or don't respond at all. I don't have the time for a bunch of bs, threw the thing in the trash & will never ever spend a dime with them again. Multiple coworkers have had the same exact issues

I had purchased a killswitch directly from FK Irons to go along with my Flux Max machine.
The kill switch from day one was very temperamental and eventually I grew so frustrated that I contacted FK irons in hopes of seeking a repair. This was in late November last year (today it is over 4 months later)
I was told I cannot get it repaired as the product was discontinued (this was over 4 months ago and is still being sold on their website today with no mention of the discontinuation). They had offered me shop credit and being honest after this experience I wasn’t very confident of buying another FK Irons product. I told them that I would like a refund to which they replied no. I then had to point out that legally in my country they have too provide a refund if the product is faulty, only then they had agreed and I sent the kill switch off
The kill switch has been sitting there some time now and I there has been no contact in regards to the refund.
For such a large company in a niche industry I’m very disappointed with the customer service, I can provide full email chains of my issue. Over the last 4 months I decided to branch out and try a different branded machine. It is Chinese and costs me far far less (almost 10 times less)
The quality of the Chinese machine is very much the same of the FK machine I have,
I feel like a bit of an idiot for falling for their marketing, I am still awaiting my refund

andy had amazing customer service and helped fix my issue quick
I decided to buy disposable tubes from this company only to find myself in a true shit show of the situation. Unfortunately, these are not the ones that I wanted they want you to take pictures of their products in order for you to return it and their customer service completely sucks.
I bought a battery for my flux machine and died within 2 months. They gave me a gift card as a refund and I’ve been waiting for almost one year to buy another battery from their website because it’s ALWAYS sold out. Oh and now it’s $100usd more expensive because it’s the newer version battery. Horrible and so unreliable.

Dan Lorenzo @danlorenzobaa on IG is who I hit up before I buy so it’s always smooth. He keeps me up on deals and gets me shipped faster, also if I have questions about needle throw for example… he has a homie somewhere that knows that answer right away. Meanwhile he literally just pulls it up and I can shop out loud while he plugs me up. Stuck with Flux because the last one has been a champ for 5 years needed something I knew I could trust to do its job and take a lick.
Thank you Dan for helping me get my new machines! You went above and beyond.
I bought a brand new machine FK irons Spektra Flux and within A YEAR (4 months actually), the power started cutting out throughout my procedures. I need to use my machine for 1 hour at a time for my service and every time I would use it for 10 minutes, my 7.5 volts would go down to about a 3 even though it would show the same volts I selected. I would have to fully reset the machine to get it back 7.5 and then in another 10 mins, the same would happen. It was so danegrous and embarassing. It took me 2 months of complaining and emailing back and forth to actually get my machine looked at and they sent it back stating nothing was wrong with the battery. I didn't state there was anything wrong with the battery because I already tried my second battery, and same thing. Had they spent 10 minutes with it running like I indicated in my complaint form, they would have seen the issue. The warranty is a full scam. $2000 for a machine and basically a fake warranty Absolutely not. Never again. Not everything that sparkles is gold. They just had good marketing, but many people I talked to say they have a bad warranty. I havent used the machine since. Waste of 2k...I now use bishop rotary.

FK Irons have the worst after sales support. If there was a "0" rating I would use that. Two and a half months after receiving a permanent makeup device with two dead, broken batteries, I still have no solution from them. You get a case number but no one ever knows what to do. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FK IRONS especially if you are not from the U.S

FK machines are extremely reliable, consistent, and feel absolutely premium! Major bonus points for having the best disposable grips on the market. Huge thanks to Dan Lorenzo at Painful Pleasures for being my go-to when I need machines, needles, or any other supplies!

I am so pleased with my Flux Max that I bought a second one and cannot be happier. My experience with FK Irons has changed my view on American made machines and I will only buy FK machines going forward. This machine has really changed how I tattoo.

The FK Irons Flux Max is a strong, reliable machine that delivers consistent performance. The battery life is impressive, and the balance of the machine has reduced my fatigue during longer sessions.
That said, there’s a slight learning curve with the weight distribution. Overall, it’s a high-quality machine that feels professional and well-built—definitely worth the investment for artists who want freedom and precision without being tied to cords.

I sent my machine out to be fixed August 2024 (my one battery stopped working) they lost my machine, then maybe 2months later all the sudden found it and they told me oh your motor needs to be replaced?? I said but I just needed the battery replaced. I pay around $350 Canadian for this, They then said they had shipped it out, it never came. They then said oh we must have lost it and then sent a replacement machine out. I didn’t receive a replacement machine until November 2024 and it was missing a battery and they also charged me duties which they told me they would reimburse me and then decided to just give me a store credit. The duties were about ($175 Canadian) They then sent me another battery and it came and lasted about a month maybe and then broke. I called these ppl atleast 20 times everytime there was a different answer. I was put on hold for an hour and a half at one point and they never picked up I just had to call back. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I literally will NEVER buy from them again.
I purchased a tattoo machine from FK Irons along with two detachable batteries. Unfortunately, one of the batteries stopped working properly very quickly. I sent it back to FK Irons for repairs, and they claimed to have fixed it. However, within a month, the same issue came back.
I sent it for repair again, but this time, my package was stolen during shipping. While the theft is not their fault, the entire situation arose because they sold me a defective product and failed to fix it properly the first time. If they had sent me a replacement or properly repaired it, this wouldn’t have happened.
I paid a significant amount of money for this machine, and I feel extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and services. They never replaced the defective battery with a new one and instead kept sending me a “repaired” item that was never truly fixed.
I would not recommend FK Irons to anyone. This experience has cost me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I will never buy from them again.
