Dont book tickets if you are handicapped

I am handicapped and had tickets to see Kraftwerk in Bielefeld what the y organised and took money for. I called the venue but they have zero info regarding seating for wheelchair people. They said call the promotor, but they had no telephone number. I did some sleuthing and found it. Called them 10 times. I get a recording and then its disconnected. I do speak fluent German so I understand whatwas said.: stay on the line. Then they disconnect you. Amazing.
