Richard is extremely knowledgeable about using technology to solve business problems. We struggled with the scalability of some of our outreach systems and we consulted with him about our tech stack with an aim to reduce costs and improve flexibility.
As a result of his expertise, we switched from using physical email inboxes to virtual “alias” inboxes set to route responses to one main physical inbox.
This reduced our overhead on our email outreach system by around 73%, and allowed us to have a more scaleable, robust and easy to manage system than before.
