As a recommendation, please add more details in the size guide section (maybe some aprox. measurements) because I had to return them twice before getting my right size.

I do now own a loat of Flabelus shoes, Slipper, Mary Jane’s and more. I repurchased Joana a third time and always because the sole broke off after a few months. One sole broke completely during my Holiday in Paris and I kindly got a discount at the Boutique in Paris.
I’ve ordered again a few weeks ago and needed to exchange some sizes. Never heard from Reveni or Flabelus after the goods were returned what’s with the requester items. On Reveni it’s stated the requested shoes are out for delivery but never got a tracking number nor E-Mail. Not quickly after I ordered another broken pair and needed to pay myself the return fee of 14€ as their was never an answer from the brand (still waiting i. hope) and you can not ask for a label after 14 days. I bought several shoes over the years starting with my first pairs in Palma, and since becoming so popular the quality got worse. I am really utterly sad as they were my everyday shoes. One sole broken after another I won’t spend the money anymore as they are not as good as they were. Automatically send mails on how to rate them come and go but and answer regarding the costumer service non existent after nearly two weeks. Hope they refund the money or deliver the requested shoes. The shoes are lovely but not worth the anger and sadness.

Great when ordering but much improvement needed when returning. I purchased my shoes when there was a site wide sale. Upon creating my return online I popped into the store to drop off (as instructed). The assistant there was reluctant to accept my return as it was deemed a 'sale' item. Bear in mind, EVERYTHING was on sale and it was only 10%. After much waiting around she finally accepted but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't use again.

DON’T BUY THEM! I’ve been eyeing the brand for quite some time because of their popularity and finally bought a pair of patent leather mary jane during the achieve sale, to my disappointment the quality of the shoes are absolutely terrible. Just out of the box, the patent leather material is thin with no structure to the shoes, the sides of the shoes are also wrinkly like it was not stitched properly. Plus, the stitching of the shoes are loose, uneven and already coming apart. I’m afraid if I wear them, the soles will most likely fall off. I cannot imagine paying full price but even on sale, the shoes are not cheap. I’m willing to try to get into contact with the customer service, but reading reviews online I’m not too hopeful I’ll get to exchange for a new pair, let alone a refund.

Mostly very happy. The shoes themselves are great - pretty and very comfortable to wear all day. Sara in the London shop was so helpful when I had questions. Products were shipped quickly from Spain from my original online order.
One thing it’d be great to see improved is the clarity on exchanges and tracking progress. I’m not sure the Reveni exchange worked as described (with the replacement product being shipped out before the returned one had been accepted - which sounded very unusual anyway) so it was hard to know what was happening. Either way, more info on order/exchange status would have been great.

Good with reservations
The shoes are fabulous—very comfortable and a wonderful gift for a friend, especially since the Flabelus website allows different shipping and billing countries. Unfortunately, in my case, one of the rubber soles started coming unglued just a week after purchase.

July 14 I order the Gatz shoes to Italy. Order #x
They were delivered on July 23. As I was no longer in Italy, my friend brought them to London for me on August 4.
I opened the packaging and one of the shoes was severely damaged, basically had a hole in the side of the shoe.
That same day, August 4, I went to the flabelus store in London and returned the shoes. I was told I would be refunded shortly. I had still NOT received a refund for these shoes, almost 3 weeks later. I will also mentioned that in the store, the woman doing my return was filling out a form for the shoes. The form asked if the shoes were defective/damaged. She clicked “yes” and the manager told her to put it as “no”. I said “there’s a hole in them, how is that not a defect?” And she said “some people won’t notice”. So I think it’s insane that you are trying to hide a very clearly defective shoe from customers, and that you actively chose to have a scenario where another customer will likely received that shoe and be disappointed.
In the meantime, that very same day, Monday, I ordered a second pair as they did not have the Gatz ones available at the store in London. This is order #y. I ordered express shipping for next day delivery as I was PERMANENTLY LEAVING THE UK that Thursday. I received an email the next day saying that my ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED. I was told that 1. I would receive a refund for the express shipping and 2. That I would receive new information about the shoes in the meantime.
I emailed you on August 5, August 10, August 18 regarding this and regarding my refund for the first pair. I sent DMs to the Instagram account August 14 and 18, and received my first response on August 19, saying they’d look into this.
On August 20, I received an email which clearly showed that none of my previous emails were read. They had now just sent the order to my OLD address in the UK and also did not help me with the fact that I returned a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and have not received any sort of refund for these. I emailed and dmed again, and received a DM response saying they would sort things out.
August 26, the shoes were delivered to the UK, where I do not live as I am in America. I was finally refunded for my first pair of shoes, order #x, a month later, but now had paid for a second pair that was delivered halfway across the world.
I DMd and emailed about this August 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31. Shameful. Absolutely shameful. On August 31 I even said just give me a refund for the second shoes because I was TIRED of dealing with this.
On September 1 I finally received a response saying that they would ship my shoes to my address in the US. I was not provided a tracking number until Sept 9.
I missed the delivery yesterday to my apartment because I was expected to pay duties and was not home so the doorman couldn’t do anything. I am now waiting to receive a refund on these duties.
In my opinion, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I have NEVER left negative feedback about a company or restaurant or anything. But this is truly outrageous and despicable behaviour from what’s supposed to be a well established brand. I will NEVER, EVER be purchasing from here again. In my opinion I am more than entitled to an “I’m sorry” whether that’s in the form of a message, a refund, a voucher, or a free item. The quality of customer service at this company is horrendous and given the fact that it’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have a pair of shoes, and constantly being ignored by the customer service team, is insane. I truly wonder if you would have ever refunded me, or if anything would have gotten sorted if I didn’t constantly email and DM the team. Horrible experience, never again.

The reason I’m sadly granting a one-star review is that the sizing of your shoes is so inconsistent and unpredictable. I’m usually between 40 and 41, I had to order 42 for your Mary Janes as they usually run small. I thought that it was then a brand thing so I ordered the Venitian style shoes in the same size and they ran too big. I wanted to order this summer the Mary Janes Isabella in nude in 42 and they were way too small. This feedback has been echoed by many people I know who have ordered from you and even stores that sold your brand. A bit disappointing for a brand that I want to love haha
