I ordered a Kerry flag and paid 33 GBP. That was almost 2 months ago. I've received an email that my package has been delivered. However, I never received that, and the photo they had as proof was not in my block.
I sent an email to DPD, but they never replied. On the contrary, they removed the picture (I can see older pictures in DPD, from previous deliveries).
After feeding up, I sent an email to Irish Flags to ask for their help, and they told me to find out what's wrong with DPD. Of course, today, almost 2 months later, Irish Flags have my money, DPD is paid for their services, and I don't have what I paid for.
I won't trust them again, and I leave this here to let people know that they shouldn't be trusted.
