I had a problem finding and receiving my order. I sent a few mails to the company, and always received a quick and useful response. They helped me finding a solution and solved the problem. I can definitely recommend the company

I ordered the Reitertasche for my riding safari in Africa and kept my fingers crossed, it arrives in time. Yes, very quick delivery to Finland, but then the local mail company failed to inform me about the arrival of the package. With Reitertasche Support team, I got the tracking number and after several mails back and forth, I got code to pick up the package, in time, before it was sent back. Thanks to Reitertasche support, the problem was solved.
The Reitertasche will be tested next week on my riding safari in South-Africa and Zimbabwe.

The products are very goog quality. There was a mystake with one T-Shirt but there was no problem with Flagvibe to finally send me the good product, Very professionnal !

Love my flag vibe hoodie, because I like my hoodies baggy I got a size bigger than I normally would. The fabric is good quality. The ordering was easy, delivery was time was good. I love the colour of the fabric and the flags look really good.

I've bought several items from flag vibe my first was the multi flag DNA T-shirt, which I thought was excellent
So on the strength of that I ordered a few more items as Christmas presents.

Absolutely worst company ever. I wish I could give them a negative ten stars!! Actually no help whatsoever given by their customer support. I wish I never ordered from them since I didn’t even get what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and forget they exist!

The delivery went fine, a understandably time from order to delivery, considering it's a custom made print!
Quality of print seems good and the fabric of the hoodie are very nice and soft.

After extensive contact with their customer services department about my flag designs. I was promised that the design was possible and there should be no problems with it. Once the order I was placed, I was told that it was impossible, they couldn't cancel the order and I was not entitled to a refund.

Excellent communication throughout the process. The team went above and beyond to accommodate the changes I wanted to make, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The material and printing are both of great quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to others.

Great company, such very quick service and beautiful goods. The t shirts are if top class quality and so unusual. Love them.
They are travelling over to the USA for Xmas presents to our grandson and his wife.
