What a scam. I ordered a firetruck wind mill yard ornament for my son-in-law as a birthday gift. I was so disappointed. It doesn't look at all like what I ordered. I paid around $40.00 before tax and shipping. What I got was a crappy flat metal picture of a firetruck. Not at all what you see when you are shopping. It's embarrassing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLAIRGIFTS.COM EVER!!!

I received the product today and it is tiny and missing a piece. Waited so long for this item and very dissatisfied. However, I did receive notification from vendor and partially compensated without need to return. Very satisfied with their customer service, Jaime is wonderful to deal with.

The product itself was not as described. It says it is a 3D key chain, but in fact is flat. I was very disappointed in the false advertising. It is hard buying anything online now because of the fake, misleading, scams, and credit card hacking companies out there. I reached out to cancel my order because it was not as described and Molly at customer service was awesome!!!! She told me what I would actually be getting and when I said I just want to cancel the order, she helped me with that. She was easy to work with and for that, I gave the 5 star review. The company itself would receive a ZERO star. VERY disappointed in the false advertising! BUT MOLLY WAS GREAT!!!!!

My rating is for the smooth, efficient, friendly service I received after a shipping issue resulted in my order never arriving. The merchant offered to promptly reship, and I requested a refund instead. They readily agreed, and I received my refund within a couple of days. They were also quick to respond to every email I sent. They made an unfortunate buying experience much less stressful.

The package shipped from a third world country -- not California.
The product was a very poorly painted boho sun on an opaque piece of plastic. Looked NOTHING like the window-art sun catcher on the website. Did I mention that it didn't come from the US?

Their customer service really took care of me when the first couple orders ran into some shipping problems. They were constantly updating me and letting me know where the package(s) were at. When one came in damaged, they rushed out a replacement. Couldn't ask for better service.

I ordered an item three weeks ago and it never shipped. Customer service responded once and said they would expedite the shipping. They never did. I emailed again asking for a refund and crickets. They are now not responding at all. I've already disputed the charge. Avoid this company and beware their ads on social media. They claim to be in California but definitely are not.

I had an excellent customer experience with this company. I had questions about tracking and Mia kept me informed during the whole process. The Post Office caused a delay in receiving part of my shipment and Flairgifts promptly provided me with a refund for the shipping. My items were great quality just as expected and the price was excellent!

Sunny is a great customer service person which is hard to find these days. As for the timing of getting my order the company failed in my opinion. I should have had it before Christmas instead of the week after. Not sure I will order from this company again.

Poor quality made. One of the straps is already tearing and I just received it today. Has no zipper nor snap to close it like the videos show.
