Return scheduled, nobody came – extremely poor customer service
I ordered a rug from Flair Rugs through H&M, and this was not a cheap item. After waiting far longer than expected for delivery, I changed my mind. Because the item was sold through H&M but fulfilled by Flair Rugs, I was instructed to contact Flair Rugs directly to arrange the return.
Flair Rugs accepted the return and sent me a form to schedule the collection. The pickup was confirmed for 24 November 2025. I stayed home the entire day specifically for this — and no one showed up. No message, no update, no explanation.
For an expensive product, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
My time was wasted, and the company failed to provide the most basic level of professionalism or communication. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for a brand selling through a major retailer like H&M.
I now expect Flair Rugs to:
1. Arrange the collection immediately, without further delays, and
2. Issue my refund promptly, as I have fulfilled all my responsibilities as a customer.
Until this situation is resolved properly, I cannot recommend Flair Rugs to anyone.
