Flair did contact me

I recently wrote a comment that I was not being contacted by Flair vape after several emails and several days. I want to report that they did contact me and they were very professional and courteous. It seems they are very busy and I'm hoping there will be a pattern to communicating with them so I know what to expect. What I did like is that twice I saw the product I order was out of stock and the next day they provided me inventory so I do not run out. That is very impressive.

BUYER BEEARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! I’m just writing this so just doesn’t happen to another consumer !!!

this company really is just amazing NOT!!

So I will admit there VAPE flavor mental is good cool mint disgusting anyway moving forward the 1st order I placed was buy some get some free again they were broken and when I got through to the company which took months back and forth they replaced the ones that were broken but the ones I got for free they said sorry that was in a promo you don’t get it

I said well so I really didn’t get a promo now did I

moving forward I thought you know what let me try one more time one let me give them one more chance now aI vape lasts me a few weeks I don’t vape that much this company basically if you order a lot the best thing I could tell you is open every single one suck on it see if it works put the top back on package it and put it away you

know why because if anything breaks after two weeks you basically are up the creek without a paddle isn’t that nice how the company safeguarded themselves but if you don’t like your order or you change your mind after two weeks I can understand but if they’re broken how are you supposed to know if they’re broken and what’s crazy is my sister from Europe wanted to buy 100 of them no no way

if you order and I’m not saying to leave it open for years but how do you supposed to know if the vapes work or not now the second time out of the four VAPES I ordered two were broken and one was a different flavor I couldn’t tell by the different flavor because COOL mint and mental look similar OK that one was my fault

the other two I use my one and three weeks later to a month I went to my second one that one was broken I tried my third one that one was broken I went to my fourth one that was coolant which was disgusting

I emailed them and I said you know I tried one didn’t work try another didn’t work that’s all so now yet again I am screwed so I got screwed the first time gave the company a second chance and got screwed again so for all of you guys who VAPE if you want to place an order just make sure that you open every single vape try every single vape and then put them away because if you go VAPE by VAPE and Any of them are faulty the company does not give two craps

so I will never order them again I told my sister to find some other place we did find another website and she was gladly happy to know that they take care of their customers and if anything goes wrong THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!! Thats customer service !!
