I am very satisfied with my order. The quality is great and very well priced.

I placed an order on November 1st, it is now almost Christmas and my order has not left China. It has been shipped, so the order can not be cancelled. My payment has been drafted from the company, and I have nothing for it! I have emailed Annie at customer support multiple times and I have no replies. I posted on facebook, got one response. "What was your shipping method you choosed?" So I guess it was my fault for choosing the wrong shipping method. Why offer a shipping option if it sucks and can't be relied on?
This company has terrible customer support and then blames the issues on shipping, or the customer. I would not recommend using them.

The Jersey far exceeded what I expected to get for the price I paid. Sizing was correct fits well and it makes me look good.

The zipper mechanism on the bicycle jersey is located on the left side of the jersey. Great for left-handers, but this is not the normal convention. The zipper mechanism should and always be located on the right-side of the garment. This was my only disappointment.

I am enjoying my custom jerseys from Flame Cycling, they are easy to do business with and very affordable.

Today I received my order from Flame Cycling, and it's great. I can recommend this company.

I placed an order with Flame Cycling on behalf of my cycling club. The order was for five jerseys and four pairs of shorts. Pretty straight forward right? Unfortunately not the case.

We placed an order and received a package about a month later. On first glance the parcel looked too small to contain all the items, but being cycling gear it does flatten down quite a bit so we went ahead and opened it. They had only sent one jersey, and a pair of bib shorts in a size we didn't order. On top of that, they got the design on the jersey wrong. Not a great start.

That day we contacted them stating what had happened. Annie asked for us to send her the EMS docket which we immediately scanned and sent. They immediately went on the defensive saying that the parcel had been tampered with, and that some of the items had been stolen. This was strange, because there was absolutely no evidence that the parcel was opened prior to us receiving it. Given the incorrect design and wrong size of the shorts, it's clear that they simply stuffed up, but just didn't want to admit it. Come on, this is Australia. The mail system here is pretty good and parcels do not get tampered with.

Flame Cycling say they will fix the problem. Another 6 weeks go by, and we receive the next parcel in the mail. This one has five jerseys and the design has now been fixed. Excellent! The only problem is, there is only one pair of shorts... three pairs are missing.

So the process starts again. We send Annie another message asking what has happened. She replies (after about three days) only to tell us that they didn't bother sending the shorts because they had already sent them, and the fact that they had "gone missing" wasn't their problem.

As you can imagine, this really disappointed us. They gladly took our money, stuffed up our order, made us wait three months and are now duping us over three pairs of shorts (around $70). To be honest it's not the money that bothers me. It's the principle of the matter, and the complete disregard to ensuring the customer is satisfied.

I went on their Facebook page to tell the story to fellow customers to make sure no one else places a large order with Flame Cycling. At the end of my post, I said that I'd imagine my post would be deleted, but Flame Cycling promised they wouldn't. About a week later it's deleted! Shows the integrity of the business we are dealing with here!

So in a nut shell, these guys are blatant liars, and essentially thieves.

They are no longer replying to my emails so I will be taking my own action as way of teaching them a lesson.

Unfortunately for Flame Cycling, they attach an "Official Tour de France" and "Lycra" tag to their products. The custom cycling wear they manufacture is certainly not licensed Tour de France or Lycra products, and making such representations is set to land them in serious trademark litigation with these companies.

So this is Flame's last chance to put this matter right. They can either refund the money for the three pairs of shorts I didn't receive, or send the shorts. If Annie or Lerins do not contact me by this Friday (14th December 2012) I will send all evidence (including addresses and contact numbers) to the UCI and lawyers of the TdF as well as Lycra. I'm quite sure they will not be too happy with Flame Cycling making the representation that they are selling official TdF and Lycra products.

I will also be posting this review on every cycling forum I can find on the internet over the next few months, ensuring everyone knows not to deal with Flame Cycling.

Annie and Lerins, the ball is in your court. It's so sad it has had to come to this but you are so difficult to deal with and this is the only way you might pay attention.

bought a couple of jerseys to try, loved idea of small volume custom. Simple process to design custom garments, lots to choose from to make your own design. One problem is the sizing on long sleeve jersey I ordered, the sleeves are very tight to the point they barely fit over my spindley forearms. The short sleeve fits great and was much better than I was expecting in fit, finish and materials.

Nice designs and great help from the staff. The products are of good quality and price is not that expensive. However sizes from jersey and shorts did not match.
Jersey is oversized and short undersized. I had to order size L for jersey and XXL for shorts.

It looks GREAT. Some small Issues though. The package that you sent the kit in wasnt marked and didnt say what was in the package, so it was taken by customes (GDSK). So now I have to pay Extra 39.48 Euros for the package. Well I received the package today. By the way, I was supper excited. but the tights is to small. My SPECIALIZED Thermal BIBS are stretchy in the same size. So now I have to order a large. Everything els is good. Stitching looks ok. The Shammy is of good quality. I just wish it was fitting me. The jacket is a perfect size. Ill have to order large Thermal tights. But can I have it with the shoulder straps to to keep it pulled tight against my bum. Its just more comfy and doesnt rub as much like that.

Custom cycle shirt, very pleased - delivered 5 days after despatch from shanghai - about a month all in, all for less than £35( cheaper than any long sleeve jersey on the net) excellent.

I created a custome cycling kit and the professionalism of the staff at the company was fantastic, more specific Annie! She was phenomenal to work with, she answered all my questions PROMPTLY and she handled my order with the utmost professionalism. Flamecycling will see much more of my business come through them as they are TOPS IN MY BOOK. Production timing was spot on to what they promised at the onset and the finished product itself was exactly as I designed it online. KUDOS TO YOU Flamecycline and a SPECIAL THANK YOU TO Annie!

Ordered a size up for fit but service was great I would use again. At first I saw lot of negative feedback but decided to give it a try to take advantage of the great prices. Great quality.

I couldn't believe how great my kit turned out. Their service was excellent, answering the help desk tickets within 24 hours. Quality is great and fabric is comfortable. I will and have ordered from them again.

Our shirts came out great (For a TEAM MS ride). All the graphics were excellent and the colors were on point. Two problems however. It took forever for the shirts to arrive (Two days before our event) and a mysterious comma appeared on the front of the shirt at the end of our team name ( i checked what was sent and there was no comma).
All in all it is a good quality comfortable shirt with excellent graphics and coloring. It would have been a five star review if not for the mysterious comma.

I have no complaints regarding any of the products that I have purchased from Flame Cycling. I have had three different custom kits from them with some speciality design work and I must say their customer relations is excellent. They exceeded my expectations and I was not disappointed with the end product, nor were any of my cycling friends that ordered kits as well.
