Absolute scam of a company take money don’t deliver goods then ignore any emails avoid at all costs

Didn't turn up for over a month then apparently its been delivered.......it has not!! No reply to emails

This company does not deserve one star it is absolutely disgusting i ordered 4 weeks ago and still no order and you cant get hold of them either i have emailed and emailed and still nothing and that was just for drain cleaner I'm so glad I just ordered one just see if it works and I wish I read the reviews first proper scam site

Awful awful. Appalling customer service. Emailed twice to find out if order had been dispatched took over 2 weeks no response. Received car for my Nephew bday and its faulty. Again emailed surprise no response again been over a week!!!

I dont even think you deserve one star. Bought a dashcam. Didnt send the right one go to send it back and you make it so difficult. And why should we have to at our xpense send it back to china. Cant even talk to anyone. All abot email, shocking.

I have used this company several times and had an excellent service
However, last order was not delivered although they say it has. Emailed customer service five times no reply
I asked for order to be re delivered as I hadn’t received I asked for proof of delivery - nothing
I asked for my money back - nothing

Emailed them several times no reply i bought a dashcam which isn't the one they advertised its cheap shit looks like a minion i want the address to return poor dashcam

Awful looking product not at all as pictured. Looks like a cheap pound shop copy of an actual product. Flimsy and bad quality. Avoid this site at all cost

Totally rubbish, don’t order anything from this company, the tracker says that the parcel has been delivered, no idea where, no answer to emails , I’ll try to get my money back through my bank PS had to buy extra for Christmas presents

Ordered an equine advent calendar. Sent me something I could have bought at the pound shop. Absolute rubbish. Avoid.

Ordered 2 football calendars for my sons. Never received and unable to contact them as you get a bounce back from their email address. £32.29 wasted

Never arrived!!! Have emailed the company on the contact us website which has then bounced back to myself!! What a waste of money. I would like a full refund but can’t even get in touch with anyone. Such a shame as I thought my son would have loved this!! Do NOT use this company would be my advice!!

What a waste of money! False advertising at its best! Showing all players from the World Cup!!!!!! Not one figure is a a player from the World Cup! Waste of money and my time waiting on it to be delivered! Do not waste your money!

Great pants, nice material! Arrived rather creased, but a quick wash and tumble soon sorted that out…no ironing in this house! Generous fit, but not over large. Be aware…I am 5’2” short, and they are ankle length already on me. Would buy again in other colours, as they are good value.
