Material quality is poor

Material quality is poor and doesn't hold up after washing. Tears in seams of shirt identified after washing once. Seller refused to acknowledged issue initially, blaming myself for the problem. A support case was raised against the seller who then went on to attempt to mislead the mediator by suggesting the shirt had been worn and washed multiple times over the course of a month. This was contradictory to the written conversation held between myself and the seller, and the support mediator sided with myself in the end. The seller still hasn't apologised for the poor quality or their behaviour in the matter.

Very rude staff and terrible quality product.

Very rude and terrible service. They do their absolute best to look professional but the second things don't go their way, their true colours show. Just read their replies on their bad reviews to see the attitude that comes out. They are never at fault and the customer always is. Avoid at all costs. The clothing they sell is garbage quality anyway. There's plenty of better companies out there that offer the same products but with a way better service and treat their customers with respect.

COMPLETE LIES

First of all this company are filthy liars its strange how every time somebody leaves a poor review they get accused of trying to get goods for nothing.
They ignore attempts to contact them and then get in touch within hours of poor feedback.
The only reason i closed the case is because a lady delivered my parcel the next day that she found in a bush in her front garden,
I have her name and details if required and after this companies complete tale of fiction i am now taking legal advice.

The goods arrived a day earlier before you made a false claim on eBay to get your money back, thinking because it has no tracking number on the order, you can get the items for free. Tracking number has been provided to the case and you closed it yourself.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Ordered on November 22nd, it was dispatched two days later and I still haven’t received my item. Even with the strikes, it still should have arrived by now, so it’s probably been lost by Royal Mail. It doesn’t help that the tracking given isn’t working or updating.

Royal Mail states on their website that if a parcel hasn’t been delivered by it’s due date plus an extra 7 days, you can put in a claim. I decided to message Etsy, I explained the situation and asked what they think I should do. They refunded both me AND the seller as it was clear the parcel had been lost. But according to this company, who FYI are extremely rude and unprofessional, have said that I am a scammer and just out to get freebies. I can prove I haven’t received the item as when I attempt to track, all it comes up with it is that they will update tracking when they have attempted to deliver the parcel…

The company told me a week after dispatching that it would arrive in that week, it never did. A few days after that they said it’d arrive in a few days, guess what? It never did.

I completely sympathised with them, I know it can’t be easy having a small business with these strikes but I’ve only done what it states to do on the Royal Mail website, except I went through Etsy instead.

I’m not entirely sure how they have so many good reviews because they are so rude, narcissistic and unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs!! Don’t waste your time!!

That's not true! We contacted you and replied on every of your messages. We also provided an screenshot from the email which we received from Royal Mail confirming that your mail is stuck in their premises. Tracking number was also provided. We deeply apologized for the delays, despite the fact that it was caused by a third party and we have ZERO control over it.

Then we provided another screenshot from an email which confirms that the mail is processed and it will be delivered shortly. Instead of a little bit of patience and understanding, all the evidence and information was completely ignored and escalated to Customer Support to get a full refund as she knew the item will be delivered shortly and the clock is ticking.

The order has been refunded and then the item was received:

Massive range of cool designs printed on good quality tees

Had two orders. First was a couple of months back, not long after they launched their FB page. Ordered 4 tees with a 10% discount for being a new customer. Order was delayed for a few days due to a technical fault with their printer (they print to order) but they gave me a 20% discount for my next order as way of apology (which was fine as I had added about 30 more tees to my wishlist!). I was very happy with the first order. Second order was 2 weeks ago for 5 tees and a sweater, no problems this time and arrived in a few days. The tees are top quality - really nice print and decent Gildan shirts that are thick and soft. You can tell these should last well. So all in all I'm more than happy to order from them again (and maybe again, and again, and again!) as they have so many cool designs that I like and they keep adding more. Unlike the previous reviewer who has had a bad experience, I've only had good from two orders so I'm happy.
