I ordered a wand as a gift back in july, i received it broken and emailed them to get a replacement which was sent however it had also come broken. I have attempted to a get a refund as I now have no need for it, it was supposed to be a birthday gift and the birthday has now passed. No one seems to want to help me anymore they continue to ask for a video even though I have sent tons of photos. I have small children in my house and the plastic pieces kept falling off making the wires show it was too dangerous to have around. This had been a terrible experience and I hope that this gets worked on in the future for other customers. It was not a cheap gift and for this price that I paid I should have definitely gotten a refund. Or at least more help than I am getting.

Was told I would receive order within 20 business days. 16 so far with no update on delivery from them. They don’t respond to emails and there is no number to call. Seems like the company is a scam.
