I was surprised with Flam because I was skeptical at first, but the quality check video is very reassuring. On top of that tracking your delivery is pretty much accurate and delivery is timely. Quality of the sneakers are super good. I would use Flam again in the future.

I have to admit, I was very skeptical, especially after trying to order previously through another site that didn't go well. The procedure seemed a bit odd, but I was using my Amex card, so I felt safe in trying. It was the best move I could have made. From the time I placed my order, Denise from Flam stayed in touch with me, kept me up to date on my order status, sent me a Quality Control video of the sneakers before they shipped, and they arrived individually shrink wrapped for protection. I will absolutely buy from them again if I get the chance.
