Ordered from here several times. Each order has been processed in a timely fashion without any notable delay. Shipping carrier is usually Purolator to Ontario which gives me much greater comfort over Canada Post. All items I’ve ever received have been brand new, sealed with zero suspicion of being returns, repacks or B stock sold with either bad packaging or some minor defect. The stuff is all brand new in pristine retail packaging.

The proprietor is very professional and takes his business seriously as after all my orders (mostly Fenix brand lights), this is the first place I always check. The prices are always competitive and I like that it’s published whether an item is not in stock and how long the wait may be BEFORE you hand over your money.

This is a great place to buy all your flashlight needs. Highly recommend such an honest seller.

Contacted them , they referred me to the factory who referred me back to them, back and forth , and no warranty on my $200 flashlight total waste of time and money my friend broke same light bought from a local store they handed him a new one no questions asked. So I will not be buying anything else from flashlight world canada

Yes I had an Acebeem go bad after about 20 inside of house uses and flashlightworld won't stand behind it. They just want to give you a discount on buying another flashlight. Then I go to Acebeems official site which I should have done at the very beginning and how about that....a 5 year replacement warranty on defective flashlights which this one I have was most definitely one. Even if the flashlight has been discontinued which is the excuse flashlightworld used. Acebeem would have replaced it with a similar one, not offer a "discount" on purchasing another one. Dont't buy from 3rd party resellers. I paid $200.00 for a flashlight that I used about 20 times before it died.....that sounds like a great deal!

Sept 28 UPDATE

So I contacted Acebeem directley and anyone out there who owns Acebeem, remember one thing. You have no warranty and never did. The 5 year replacement warranty that Acebeem advertises is an out right lie. Other people have had the same experience that I did. In my case I paid $200.00 for a flashlight that I used about 20 times before it died. Acebeems best offer is to give me 50 percent off of a $100.00 flashlight. I will stick with Fenix. Never had problems with them and my research shows they stand behind their warranties. Also you do not have to deal with China customer service as with Acebeem. Fenix has direct customer service in North America. In Canada they are in Mississauga. Check out their website... fenixtactical.com Why would anyone go to Flashlightworld reseller. I did and never again!!!

I paid for my order, they sent it out and the delivery company they used missed a first delivery and then sent an email saying I could pick up my item at their warehouse on Monday. In the meantime, on Saturday they delivered the item and dropped it off in the lobby of my apt building rather than at the very least dropping it off at my apt door. Well the item wasn't there when I found out that they had delivered when I went to the Warehouse on Monday and Flashlight World just washed their hands of me, even after I sent them the emails of their chosen courier company telling me to pick up the item at the warehouse. But hey, they got their $150 off of me so why would they care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company is the most incompetent business that I have ever dealt with. They use a third party warehouse located remotely and are not aware of their own stock. If you place an order there will be no chance of a refund.
