I ordered a world map rug for my kid’s room. When it came, it showed misspellings of Yemen, Guyana, Namibia, and the Philippines, while Kenya was listed twice. I tried to initiate a return within a day of receiving the rug. They offered to send me a fixed rug instead but refused to send me a high enough resolution image of the fixed rug. After a month of back and forth, they sent me an image of fixes for Yemen, Guyana, and Kenya. I agreed to get the “fixed” rug, but what came only had the fix for Kenya. Then they claimed that they’re not an educational company and consider the matter solved or I could mail both rugs back. Then they ghosted me. Shipping would cost me what the rug cost me originally and after reading the other reviews saying they have a tendency to not issue the refunds, the principle of the thing doesn’t seem worth it so I’m just stuck with two rugs I don’t want.
Added a star because I think the quality of the rug is nice and if their business practices were more honest, I would buy more rugs from them. Just say you don’t accept returns!

I LOVE my rug - it is like a piece of art for the floor! Also, the customer service is exceptional! The rug had a slight imperfection and I reached out to the company on ideas to fix it. They were so concerned and reasonable and ended up replacing the rug. I dealt with Laura and she was so kind!

I purchased a washable rug from FlashRug LLC. After approximately five months, I washed the rug for the first time, following the company’s published care instructions exactly. Immediately after washing, the rug became shredded and unusable. This indicates a defect in the product despite proper care and normal use.

I contacted FlashRug LLC to request assistance or a replacement, but the company refused to stand behind their product and offered no resolution. They have not taken responsibility for the defective merchandise and have declined to provide any remedy.

Desired Resolution:
I am seeking a full refund for the defective rug, as it did not perform as advertised and failed after a single wash despite following all care instructions.

Custom sizing, washable, and solid quality. Not plush, but is soft. Timely shipping and great customer service. Comparable to Ruggable but half the price!

I will never buy a rug anywhere else! I'm on my 8th rug from FlashRug for my new home and am so happy with the beauty, comfort and durability of these rugs. But equally as fantastic is the customer support.

I accidentally ordered the wrong custom hallway runner to match a front door runner I have and immediately emailed the customer service team to make a swap. They got back to me within hours and said they took care of it, however, lines were crossed on their end and the fulfillment center ended up sending me the wrong one. The customer service team looked into what happened and then graciously sent me the correct one, while allowing me to keep the first one they sent at no extra charge. Now that's service!!!

I ordered two rugs, and both exceeded my expectations, excellent quality and I couldn’t be happier!

I did not like the quality and appearance of the rug. I initiated a return. Flash rug offered increasing reductions of the purchase price if I would just keep it. I returned it according to their detailed instructions, paying for return shipping myself. After a month of exchanging emails about the refund I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I believe they are just hoping I’ll forget about it. If you get lucky and like the rug you have ordered you will be fine, but need a refund or customer service. NO.

I’m a sucker for rug. More importantly, ones that I can wash. With kids and my chow chow that’s a must. I had a hard time choosing as the variety of options was large. But the chess rug captured my heart. A nice little touch to my eclectic work space.

Arrived as advertised on time. Rugs were nicely packaged and unfolded and increased very quickly. The binding and stitching is for Superior to most rugs you'll see in big box stores. The quality is very good. Highly recommend.

Ordered a 6’ round rug. Came quickly and is perfect under bar table

This is the worst company, worst customer service. Went back and forth for a whole month+ to get a refund. My rug was in their possession for an entire month and they kept telling me they’ll let me know when they locate it. Wasn’t until I opened a dispute with my bank that they issued the refund. Do not buy. Rugs don’t look like the photos. Cheap material.

We ordered a personalized 4x6 rug from Flash Rug as a gift for our customers, and they absolutely loved it! It arrived super fast and right on time. The customer service was excellent and very responsive—highly recommend!

I ordered2 rugs from flash rug. When I received the package and opened it up I found that the hallway rug was not the size I ordered. I emailed flash rug and almost immediately I received a response. I sent them pictures of the rug and the measurements of the rug I received. They reviewed the information and again got a response and said they are going to get me the correct measurements of the rug and please keep the one I got. The customer service was exceptional and I will be ordering from them again. Thank you flash rug.

Ordering my rugs was very easy! They arrived promptly. I was away when they arrived. Much to my surprise I received a phone call asking me if I was happy with my purchase. A real person, interested in how I felt about the product. Wow! Who does that anymore!! It turns out I love the product, Its pretty. The colors are vibrant and it does the job!! Way to go FlashRug. I am impressed!!

As a designer, I’m always looking for beautiful, durable rugs that ship quickly. FlashRug possesses all of those qualities. I ordered a rug very similar to the Jonathan Adler rug on Ruggable. I am thrilled with the product! Beautiful, muted colors with a lower price tag. I especially appreciate the custom rugs! Huge fan!

The rugs I ordered look great, and they came quickly. I liked the design and the price --and I was impressed with how well the order went. The company even called me afterwards to make sure everything turned out as I wanted it to.

We needed a bright indoor/outdoor rug for our camper trailer and found it here. It came all the way from Turkey in just a few days! Now we are off to a campground on Lake Ontario!
